The tech called and came within half an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the part and fixed it quickly.

He is completely unreliable. I feel cheated by the whole experience.

We were very satisfied with the outcome of the service and the cost. We were also given good advise by them.

He did not even act like he knows what he was doing. He did not do anything I requested. He just said he was going to come back and never came and just took my money.

Ken was the only guy to call in response to my Angi inquiry, and he called promptly and with an estimate of when he's be able to come. Again called when on his way. Diagnosed the fridge in about 5 minutes, left to get the part and was back in an hour and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Would not hesitate to call him back if I need another repair.

A full 180 from the phone call, once here he admitted it is never cost-effective to repair washing machines. His only purpose is to collect $90 from you. He looked at the machine for less than 2 minutes, said he does not even need to wait to hear the problem and asked for his cash so he could be on his way. Be wary of **repairmen** who have no intention of repairing, just collecting their fee for visiting.

Ken was on time with his appointment and was able to fix our washer within one day. Easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

Answered my text within 30 seconds and was at my door exactly when he said he would. My dryer was repaired to my satisfaction

I wish I could give him -10 but itâ s not there!! The fridge he fixed still makes noise and we called another technician to fix the issue . Either u do the work well or not do it at all. Why waste peopleâ s time and money. Hopeless!!

He made me feel uncomfortable being alone with him in my house when he demanded more money than we had discussed on the phone.

Great service and done in minimum time, but scheduling will cost you a morning or afternoon waiting for the phone call to tell you when he will be arriving is the only downside. Again excellent job completed relatively quick.

Ken was great. He ordered the part based on a phone conversation, then installed it in half the time someone else quoted. He went above and beyond to make sure my oven was working and even followed up in the evening. I highly recommend him.

Ken came on a Holiday weekend which was amazing...... he was prompt, figured out the issue quickly and got my ove n fixed! Highly recommend . Best service

Ken got the job done and followed up to ensure all was well.

Replaced the refrigerator electronic control board. Charged us slightly more for the part and labor. But the refrigerator works fine now
