Was running a few minutes late. Called to tell me they would be late. Did nice job of cleaning windows, sills and screens.

I reached out and called him to set up an estimate. He said he would come over and do an estimate but then never reached out or followed up.

Showed up at scheduled time and did an excellent job

Easy to get quote and scheduling but it was an all day job with 2 men.

On the day they came as scheduled, it was not a good day to clean windows. They did the best they could. They promised streak free & at the end I did a walk through with them. I pointed out what needed a touch up & they were more than happy to redo it. On a few, they said it may be the moist day & that if it doesn't clear up by itself, call us & we'll come out again. Some cleared as they said. Another one or two didn't. They came back out the same day that I called. My windows looked brand new! I questioned windows on a door. They said the seal was broken. Getting the seals fixed is one of my next house maintenance projects. Any suggestions?

The technicians called prior to arriving, which was within 10 minutes of the appointment. The men were prompt, courteous, professional. The work was done quickly and cleanup was complete.

The two workers, Mike and Joe, arrived on time and never stopped working the entire time they were here. We had just moved into this house, and I don't believe the windows were cleaned in years. There was green mold in the sills, and the windows were very dirty. The young men were very nice, polite,professional, and did a beautiful job. When they were done every window sparkled. I couldn't be happier, and I will definitely use them again.

It was fine and I had no problems with their service. The quality of service was great.

My experience with Window Genie was a very pleasant one right from the start. I called, left a message and in a very short time Dick called me back. He explained what services they provide and how they do it. I received an appointment right away, as Dick was very accommodating to the dates I had available. They arrived on time, Dick, Candy, and another young man. They were very pleasant, very professional, and very thorough. When all was done, my house, deck, windows, and shed were sparkling clean! I would happily recommend Window Genie to my neighbors and friends, they did a fantastic job!

The work was done with care and great detail. The windows are sparkling; not a mark or streak on any one of them (and there are about 20 windows). They carefully moved furniture, blinds and curtains, and put everything back where it was. The gentleman who cleaned the interior put down a protective cloth so there would be no soap or water on the floor. The gentleman who did the outside (and it was hot outside) did a perfect job and even went so far as to clean the glass top on our patio table--without being asked to do so or telling us that he did it. They also were kind enough to hook up a new garden hose for us as we couldn't loosen the old one. After the windows, they went to the dryer and found multiple problems. The duct work in the attic (it vents onto the roof) was detached from the vent, the the hose behind the dryer was torn. Lint was everywhere. They worked without complaint fixing the issues and then cleaning the ducts and the floor as agreed. The attic had to have been at least 100 degrees, and they did not complain. I recommend this company highly and will have them come back again before the Holidays.
