Terrific job done by 3 polite, pleasant young men who I would gladly hire again. Long standing stains on our decks were removed and our blue house is looking good and windows sparkling. Have used Window Genie for years and will continue to do so. Thanks for great service!!

Very well. Team of two worked hard, and did a thorough job. Did miss a spot or two however. I would suggest that the guys make their job easier by consistently doing the house wash project from the top down.

Avoid this company, worker showed up with no tools to do the job....ladder had no rope to extend the ladder to clean second floor windows....workers complained that there was no water outlet in the rear of the home; however, Rich the owner did the estimate and reviewed the job and of course knew that? the pole that held the brush kept spinning hitting the glass....called the office on 3 occasions no response from Rich.....the workers continued to complain about their tools in front of my wife....hit my wife with the power washer, and never apologized....they were told to leave the premises....left a mess and my hose all over the driveway....

Avoid this company at all costs! This contracter was recommended to me by Angies’s List and I’m extremely disappointed. I initially left three voicemail messages over several days before getting a return phone call. All calls were made during normal business hours yet no one answers the phone. My call was finally returned several days later by Richard the company owner. He assured me that he would come out the following afternoon to give me an estimate and start the job two days later. I waited all day and he never showed. I tried calling throughout the afternoon and kept getting his voicemail. I left several messages and got no return call. I finally heard from him later that evening. He offered no explanation and wanted to come out that night. I explained how angry I was that I wasted my day off with not as much as a phone call from him to let me know what was going on. He responded “that he got busy” and had just returned to the office. I informed him that I found another contractor and would be giving him a negative review on this site. After doing some additional research on other websites, I found other customers who had similar experiences with this company.

I used him two years ago and called him this year. He came over on a Saturday and looked at everything and said I’ll call you on Monday. Well Monday came and went and no call so I called him on Tuesday left message still waiting weeks later. Already hired someone else and it’s done.

Windows inside of the house were clean however the sills were never touched. I also paid extra for windows in my garage but they looked like they rushed through the job. Additionally, I had a serious issue with what one of the employees did in my home. I did contact the owner and met with him personally to go over the issue. I explained what my complaints were and showed him pictures and videos of what happened in my home. I understand that he was shocked about what his employee did, but he assured me that he would address it and get back to me. Its been several weeks and I have not heard anything. I reminded the owner that I had used them in the past and had no complaints that is why I decided to call them again. I also advised him that at this point I could not trust them to enter my home again. He said he understood completely and would be handling it and that I would be hearing from him.

Everything went great. They arrived on time and did a fine job. Will be hiring again when needed.

Excellent. Rich and Eric showed up right on time and proceeded to do a professional job. Trucks are wrapped in Window Genie logos and Eric and Rich were both uniformed with ID's. Rich even offered to wash the outside of the windows being treated for no charge. The day of service it was raining so Rich said Eric will return the next day to wash the outside of the windows. Eric arrived the next day right on schedule and did a fantastic job. It is nice to finally find a company who takes pride in their work, looks professional and follows through on what they promise, customer satisfaction. Will definitely be calling Rich back for future work to be performed.

They did a really good job. The only thing is they did not put a couple screens in. Came back the next day though to fix them. When the gentleman went on the roof to do the sky lights. He took a picture of my shingles that were loose and showed me.

Windows look beautiful. Two men came right on time and got to work. I recently purchased the home and I'm sure that the windows and screens had not been done in 12 years, so they were pretty dirty.

Most all the windows were perfectly done. However, several windows had soapy, oily smears. Had I noticed them before the contractor left, I would have had him redo them. I rewashed them myself, since time was short for my anticipated party. Told the contractor I was definitely interested in signing a contract. He was going to let the company know I was interested and they would get in touch with me. They never did.

It was an exceptional experience dealing with Window Genie. The crew showed up as scheduled....they were neat, clean, polite and respectful. They did an amazing job, paying attention to every small detail. My windows sparkle! There was absolutely no mess when finished nor was there a chemical odor of any kind. Something that impressed me was they pointed out a few small things that are in need of repair....not repairs they would be hired to do. In my opinion that showed a pride of workmanship and a genuine interest in the client. Dick Carlson was one of the easiest people to deal with from our first phone call right up to the end of the job. All in all...I could not be more pleased.

They did a magnificent job to a house that had not been lived in for many years. The windows looked like new when they were done. They took their time with each one to do it properly. It was labor intensive and they were wonderful. Great teamwork, prompt, courteous and totally professional. They restored these windows to brand new looking. Thank you, guys!

They were very good. It wasn't super outstanding. There were some streaks. I've recommending them to others.
