Arrived on time, did professional repair job

Just had Matt and Jaden from MyGuy Plumbing come out to the house to take care of some much needed plumbing repairs and I could not be happier with the results. They did a great job explaining the details of the work required and the costs involved so I could make a well informed decision. The work got done in a very timely and professional manner and I am very satisfied. Super friendly guys also. I will not hesitate to call them for all of my future plumbing repairs. I strongly recommend you give them a call also

Oct 2023 Sean and the team worked very hard and tirelessly to repair/ replace 40 ft of the main water line. The owner Ryan came to help the team install the full 40ft length. At the end of each day other teams in the area came to assist with this huge project. The water company shut down my water Monday pm and MyGuys started Tuesday morning. At the end of the project Ryan came and made sure all faucets were adjusted and operating perfectly. I had no idea how many water line breaks there were. I will always be very grateful for their prompt response and care.

I had asked My Guy plumbing to quote me on adding a back-up battery to a sump pump with all the rain. Sean arrived, and noticed that the sump pump was containing remnants from a plumbing job by others - and upon seeing the initial installation of the Navien system highlighted numerous issues with the current installation. Sean and Estalin spent several days working through a complex installation and allowing the system to be more accessible and serviceable. They were courteous of cleaning up the mess, were highly communicative of action plan and decision making. The before and after photos are remarkable. Speaking with the owner (Ryan) after who came to see the end product, shows that My Guy care about their customers experience. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

The technician, Charles Long and his apprentice, Matthew Copeland arrived on time. They were very courteous and kept the work place neat and clean. Despite the overwhelming problem before them, they were committed a solution. If needed, I would ask for them, and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Charlie Long and Javon Velasquez were the technicians that came to my house for the project. I was impressed during our initial conversation, with Charlie, at his thorough knowledge and presentation of the companyâ s credentials. He pinpointed the problem in a short period of time and with Javonâ s help, repaired the pipe leak and replaced the faulty pipe with a new one. The problem was explained to me completely and I also was able to visibly see the leak in action. They also installed a hand held shower head in another bathroom. The initial price that I was quoted was what I paid. They were professional and worked efficiently. They also cleaned up after the project was completed. Technicians who came to our home were courteous and clearly explained what needed to be done. Careful in explaining the choices and their cost. Also wore shoe covers to protect our home as they entered. A pleasure to have them work here. Nice to work with professionals.
