Devin Anderson was on time, professional and courteous. Made sure to explain everything and my options. Another plumber came out to asssist with the replacement of my water heater, he was equally professional and nice. They laid protective coverings to keep my floors clean and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend Devin and My Guy Plumbing!!

The Team at My Guy plumbing did an excellent job with a water heater , converting the house from oil to gas . Coordinating with the Township, getting permits, working with NJNG and inspections. The plumbing inspection bead very impressed with the quality of work done! All emergency calls were handled promptly. The MyGuy team, Sean, Jake,Jill and Sam were professional, compassionate and courteous at all stages of the process. There were no salesmen and all pricing was up front. There were no surprises! I would highly recommend MyGuy plumbing did.

I had a clogged drain that I couldn’t reverse myself. Yesterday, Matt and Matt came to my home and were able to resolve my clog. They were both very personable and spent time explaining the process. They were very neat and left everything spotless. They had to snake out the drain about 50 feet and then they inserted a camera so we could see the results. Afterwards Jill, who set up my appointment, called me to make sure everything turned out the way I expected. Everyone who I’ve encountered has been very personable and had great customer service!

Charlie came to my home not once but twice was so personable and professional.I can not speak more highly about him.And this company. The? First time I called the lady who answered was so wonderful. I was so upset.I was without water for a few days. She sent them right over within a few hours .Unfortunately, we needed some parts to be ordered. But charlie and his helper made me feel so at ease!! The work was completed and. And they wor booties on their feet because there was snow outside. I cannot speak any more highly about this company. I even signed up for their My Guy family, which includes their annual inspections, etc. Excellent!!!! Thank you, Charlie, and congratulations on your marriage!

Typical Thursday, early afternoon. I saunter from my upstairs home office to my basement lair only to discover one of our ("most homeownersâ ) least favorite scenes - a pool of perfectly usable hot water surrounding the rusted underbelly of the years-old hot water heater. With the laundry plans on indefinite hiatus, I brainstormed my next moves. Turn off the water, get a towel and a fan on the scene, and call a plumber. An avid radio listener, I was more than familiar with the MYGUY PLUMBING jingle. Maybe too familiar (I do a fairly competent rendition). A quick Google search led to a phone call with Erica at the central station, who in turn dispatched a dynamic duo, Matt C. and his apprentice, Joe. They diagnosed that my heater was, in fact, toast, ran through a number of replacement options, and set us up with a great financing deal. While I did my job upstairs, Matt and Joe did the real work in the basement. Before dinnertime, they had removed the busted appliance, replaced with a brand new Bradford White model, and brought all of the associated pipe / wire / etc. up to date (with the kind help of another local genius MYGUY gentlemen whose name I didn't take down - my apologies). By dinner time, it was like nothing had happened. Great crew all around, incredible pricing, and an insanely fast turnaround time. Special thanks to Matt and JOe for being so cool and putting up with my loud, demanding golden retriever. I can't recommend this team enough. MYGUY, YOURGUY. MYGUY PLUMBING RULES.

The office manager Erika was very courteous and made setting up the appointment as simpe as could be. The estimator Tim, was expeditious with the pricing and explained tge option very thoroughly. Then therecwerectge two technicians assigned to my job, Charlie and Andrew. Knowledgeable to The Max. Courteous to The Max. I truly could not have imagined thus level of satisfaction from a contractor, nor have I evercexperuenced it. The initial appointment was to have them install a new kitchen faucet, replace an outdoor hose bin, replacecwaher hot and cold valves and lastly, modify and replace my main water cutoff and meter header which was tricky and difficult since we are on a slab and the original valve was half encased in tge slab. Charlie and Andrew made easy work of it even though it was so involved. I liked their work so much and was so impressed with the company's level of professionalism and customer service, that I scheduled them to come back a week later to replace my long overdue water heater. They completed test job today 7/24/24.
