I called My Guy Plumbing to repair an outside faucet for my hose. They explained the repair needed and were immediately available to fix my other plumbing needs the same day. I also had my fridge ice maker installed, and a shut off valve that I could actually access. Charlie and his assistant, Nick, were a huge help to me in doing a professional and very neat job. They were extremely time efficient and thoughtful in the repair process. They also offered me a Nurses discount, which saved me money on this job! Thank you! Charlie and Nick are knowledgeable and considerate staff Members to My Guy Plumbing, they are great assets to their customers and Their company. I would call this company again if needed.

Scheduled quickly, arrived on time, quickly and cleanly completed the job. Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, as well as pointing out what had previously been wrong and caused the problem.

Charlie was the person who came to Check my water heater. Within minutes he knew the problem. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He showed up at the time he stated for the estimate, showed us all of his licenses, insurances, and credentials and did a thorough job of explaining the work he would be doing. The day of the actual job, he kept in touch to let us know when he would be arriving, and did the job quickly and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend him. He explained to me what the job entailed. He showed patience and courtesy. He is My Guy for sure.

I met Ryan through a cabinet installer from Lowe's. I have had a plumber the was quick and curt. Ryan is very professional, I can't describe how impressed I was with him.
