Very quick response and scheduling of services. Cleaning crew came out and cleaned my house at a mutually convenient time. They were very professional and did a nice job.

The company's professionalism and phone manner was excellent. Unfortunately I chose a different cleaning service.

They came to my house with all their cleaning supplies. They cleaned the bathrooms. Organized my laundry room which was an absolute mess. All the rooms were organized, justed vacummed. The vents were all dusted. They take there time and did a great job. They were cleaning for a solid 5 hours,

I had a little trouble connecting with them because they are so busy. Dee came to the house and gave me an estimate after looking over all the rooms. Besides being very professional, she is a lovely person as well. I had to wait a few weeks for them to come as their company is very busy. But once Dee was here with her crew they spent the entire morning cleaning. As per my request they used environmentally safe products. They did an excellent job. They are scheduled to come back every 3 weeks on the same day at the same time. I would definitely recommend them.

I had called Jersey Shore Clean Team to get an estimate for a move out cleaning service and we had set up a date and time to get that estimate. On the day that the estimate, I drove from my current residence in Jersey City to Freehold where my rental property is for the scheduled 12pm appointment. I waited 20 minutes for them and they never showed up. Very unprofessional of them.

They were a little difficulty in getting tired together. I had to be ahead of time because if I am not there, they intend to blame me. They say at 8:00 and they turn up 5 or 10 minutes early. If I was not there they would go. The quality was pretty good. I would use them again. I thought that the money was reasonable. They did a reasonable job. It was not an unreasonable performance. They took a while to get the work done it was not entirely his fault. The work was all done.

She's great. She comes out and vacuums, scrub, and dusts the rooms.

I would never hire a company like this. A phone call would have been nice, but they did nothing! They were rude and very unprofessional. I called and left a message to ask them to give me a call, and they still never did call back. I want the Angie's List members to know that they shouldn't use them.

Excellent work, our main concerns were for bathrooms and kitchen these were throughly cleaned. Excellent job of vacumming and dusting. They are also very careful od delicate items.

Overall, they do a decent job for a great price! They come to the house when they are supposed to. (If they are going to be late, they always send me a text message.) They are trustworthy (nothing has ever gone missing). They fess up on the rare occasion they break something, though they are pretty careful not to knock stuff off the shelves. They are pleasant and eager to please. I like how they all laugh and try to have fun while they are cleaning. The cleaning job is decent and fairly thorough. They are happy to "fix" any missed areas (of course you have to catch them before they leave). For the construction type cleaning, you have to check up on them - I did find several missed areas, but I wrote them a "punch list" and they were happy to come back without an extra charge and attend to them. On the other hand, the general cleaning is good. I especially like how they will disassemble and carefully clean my CPAP machine every other week. On the "off" weeks, they are happy to do one "extra" project for me, like cleaning the chandelier or the deck chairs, etc. For the price, you can't beat the Jersey Shore Clean Team!! I am happy to recommend them!

They are very prompt and get right to work. They even dust my ceiling fans. If I have something I want them to do, with no hesitation they will include that. They are very pleasant to work with.
