The three girls arrived on time and did an excellent job. The fridge looks like new inside!

Initially, the cleaning went well but then they became unreliable. Jersey Shore would show up late for cleanings and never called me back regarding the late issue. Would NOT recommend.

The Jersey Clean team is fantastic. They always leave the unit nice and clean for the next renters coming in and make me aware of any issues the last renters may have caused. We have used the team for over three years now and plan on using them every year!

Very nice job. Happy to not have to do it myself.

well great in the beginning ..last few months they did not show ..no phone call ..i called 3 times no answer left message no response ...i like the team but i am going to find another cleaning company sorry but this is no way to conduct business ...i wait and wait ..no show i am getting annoyed now ...

Have used this service for approximately one year. Found the services to be very uneven. Certain teams clean more thoroughly than others. Sometimes I was very happy with the services provided and other times I was not. I expressed twice to the owner that I wanted a certain team to clean the home because the job was done right, but they have not consistently sent that team. If all teams cleaned the same way, this wouldn't be an issue. Many items are not dusted (this includes entire pieces of furniture and also small items). My furniture has also been scratched. They simply are not cleaning as set forth in the contract. After the last unsatisfactory cleaning, I left a message for the owner asking her to call to discuss continuing their services. In total, 3 voicemails were left and I received no return call. I am not unreasonable (I did continue with them even after they scratched a few pieces of furniture). I just except them to provide the services they are being paid for.

My interaction with this company started off great. I left a message and was immediately called back, moments later. The woman I spoke to seemed very professional over the phone. She was accommodating with my work schedule and set up an estimate for later afternoon/early evening earlier this week. She gave no indication that there would be an issue with meeting me for the estimate. All she had to do was show up and I would have hired her. She did not show up for the estimate. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe I had gotten the day wrong, which didn't seem likely since I wrote it down, and called at the time of the estimate to check. It was after office hours so I left a message No response the next day so I left another message, no response. I then called that evening just in case I made the mistake with the day, still no answer and no response. I rearranged my schedule to meet with this woman who seemed to be honest over the phone and she doesn't even have the courtesy to call me and explain what happened. Don't waste your time and effort trying to hire her/them. If they are this unprofessional with responding to clients I can't imagine how well they actually clean homes.

I chose Jersey Shore Clean Team because I erroneously thought that if I chose someone local, I'd have less chance of last minute cancellations or problems. Boy, was I wrong. They scheduled a date to give me an on-site estimate of my small two bedroom ranch home. The person who I spoke to seemed very pleasant and had an assuring and professional demeanor. Unfortunately that is where the professionalism ended. I was told someone would be by for the estimate at noon on Friday April 1st. I asked if someone could do the work the same day, or if I could get an estimate on the phone by my description of size of the house. I was told that all jobs required an on site estimate and that the work would be scheduled for a future date. I planned my work schedule around her visit, but then received a call telling me that the person due to provide the estimate had a health emergency for her grandchild and she would not be able to come until Monday. Again, the person sounded legitimately apologetic and I trusted that she was being truthful. I told her to tell the woman that I wished her well with her grandchild and would see her Monday at noon. April fools on me----On Monday I again planned off from my job as setting up a cleaning schedule for the future was important to me. I made sure I was home and ready, didn't get involved in any work around the house. And I sat and waited. At 12:30 I started calling the office to ask if she was going to show, but I was only able to leave a voicemail. I left my second voicemail several hours later as I really wanted an answer as to why I was stood up. I was polite but to the point about wanting a call back asap, as I thought she could have gotten lost or went to the wrong address, or just had an emergency. That was yesterday, and still no call back, and I tried today and again only got the voicemail. Today at 11:30am I put out a request online for Care Clean to provide an estimate. Luis called me within 5 minutes and said he had a team in the area that could be by at 2:30. By 5:15 the work was done, and I was extremely satisfied with the work, the team, and the price. And I will happily set up a regular cleaning schedule with them. In conclusion, unless you have a lot of time to waste and hope, don't call Jersey Shore Clean Team

Came to provide an estimate. We discussed what I wanted and how their cleaning processes and products. I wanted them to use my own vacuum because theirs does not have a HEPA filter. We discussed price. I indicated that I thought their prices were high and she agreed that we could negotiate the biweekly price after the initial cleaning was performed if I found them satisfactory. The job was done nicely (I've had better and I've had worse). They did what I requested. I wanted to schedule their services afterwards but the price was not negotiated down. I explained that I had lived in NY and had a 10 room house and basement cleaned for less money on a biweekly basis and the job done there was spectacular. I said that their price of $115 for a small 2 bedroom house was very high and I would look elsewhere.

They were very good. I was very pleased with them. I noticed a couple of things that they didn't do. I thought the price was high. I have to shop around with somebody a little cheaper.

All went very well. I had fallen way behind in my housework and the team did a great deal to restore order. In addition, all the women were pleasant to work with and made a real effort to make certain that I was happy with the job. I was very pleased with the service provided and gladly recommend them. They did a great job. Would hire them again.

The crew, "Michelle's Team", arrived on time to our newly purchased home. The three women immediately set to work. Each women took a section of the house and did a thorough cleaning of their area. Thanks to efficient planning and team work, the house was cleaned top to bottom in about 3 hours. I was very pleased with their work and efforts, and highly recommend them.

WOW! Could not be happier (...maybe if they could be put away in the closet and taken out whenever I wanted to use them!). On time, prepared to get down to work and they! Three girls came and cleaned EVERY nook and cranny in the house. I was amazed. I have had others clean for me before but none compared to the job these girls did. Spotless, attention paid to EVERY detail. I will be seeing them every other week for sure!

Diane and her helper (sorry forgot the young ladies' name) were incredible. They took their time and made my house sparkle head to toe. The cost was reasonable and they did a much better job versus services I have used in the past. They really went the extra mile to make sure all the details were taken care of (loose knick backs dusted, microwave cleaned like new, my fixtures haven't looked this clean since I installed them!). I would highly recommend Diane and her crew if available. I haven't utilized anyone else from the organization, but if they are all like this, you are in good hands.

This is the third time we've had the pleasure of having our home cleaned by Jersey Shore Clean Team. We are so pleased that they were able to work with our schedule. Two lovely ladies arrived in a timely manner and whipped our house into shape. I especially appreciate the walk thru at the end to check that all was completed to my satisfaction. And it was.

Dee and her team do a great job cleaning my house. After moving from a Condo to a much bigger house their prices were more than fair for me to continue working with them. They are always on time, and do the job quickly with a team of at least 3 people. I like that they bring all their own cleaning supplies and material as its something I never have to worry about getting from the store. Apparently some of the people on here are very picky, because they always do a good job at my place.

Service had to come back several times since many things were missed. Owner was very helpful. Staff was lazy at times. Sent 5 people first. They spent much of their time talking and not working. They came back 3 times and still we found dust and dirt in closets and shelves Owner of company was trying very hard to get the job done. Unfortunately one of the woman that she kept sending was just not doing her job.

Until moving to the Jersey Shore five years ago, we were accustomed to a team cleaning our condo. Each team member takes on her area of responsibility which we found resulted in efficiency of tasks and time. We tried numerous cleaning services after moving south, from one woman then to two then to a company team - none suited our needs. In 2011 I went onto Angie's List and have employed JSCT's services ever since. They are reliable, very eager to please, trustworthy. There is always a Supervisor with every clean who insists on my walk-through inspection after every clean. I've learned through the years that the key to a satisfying relationship with a cleaning service is (a) be clear about your needs and expectations right up front and (b) if there happen to be any 'issues' after a clean, provide your feedback (in a clear, professional manner) to the team Supervisor before they leave. To the above points: (a) I liked the fact that my needs/expectations were clearly documented in writing during my initial meeting with the company. That written documentation comes through the door with every service, which is especially useful if upon occasion it happens to be a different Supervisor or if there is a new or different team member. (b) I used to be tentative about speaking up about something that may not have met my expectations, thinking "who am I to tell someone their job?" when in fact JSCT requests that their customers provide feedback before they leave - they want to meet your needs. As with any business transaction, there is a positive and negative way to relay one's needs - what a relief to be able to feel free to point out any discrepancies that may have occurred - and to have those comments met with a sincere apology and immediate resolution. JSCT believes the only way they can improve their services is through their customers' feedback - to learn from any mistakes and better serve in the future.

Upon checking while the crew was still on site found many areas were not addressed and needed attention. Once the crew left, I noticed the bureau and wood bed frame in my spare bedroom was not dusted at all. The crew supervisor, at one point, even needed to return to the room to clean other areas that were missed, can't believe you can miss a big bureau and bed headboard/footboard though? I called the number listed on their business card (voicemail) and expressed my concern and to also cancel my next appointment. I can understand missing a few small things but big pieces of furniture is another story. Hopefully I will get a return call. I maintain a VERY clean home, I found the cleaning methodology to be somewhat haphazard, I think that is why so many small details were missed. Finally, one of the girls placed a frozen water bottle on my leather ottoman, the bottle was sweating and it left watermarks on the leather. I made the crew lead aware of that as well.
