Just not happy with the results. We had them to the house several times and made suggestions about corrective measures but it just didnt work out to our satisfaction. In their defense this was the first time we had hired a cleaning service and maybe our expectations were too high!?

My elderly father had a recent extended hospital stay, and as a result we noticed that he had not been 'keeping up' with his apartment. While he was away we solicited several estimates to clean his kitchen and bath, and we decided to use the Jersey Shore Clean Team, which gave us a reasonable, written estimate. On the day of our appointment they arrived punctually and put three workers to the task, and though I think the job proved to be more than they had bargained for, they did a very good job, and stuck to their estimate. Two days later, however, my wife noticed that they missed cleaning one of the items specifically in the written estimate: the oven. My wife called, and they agreed to come back at a later date and complete the job. My wife was ready for them 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, but 30 minutes after that appointment they had yet to arrive. Assuming they had been delayed, my wife placed 3 calls to their office, and left 3 messages that she was still waiting for their arrival. No one arrived, or returned her calls. She then called three additional times after that day, and every time she got only an answering machine, and never had her calls returned. Despite their reasonable estimate, and the good job they did, their failure to complete all the tasks on the written estimate -- and perhaps more importantly, their failure to respond to repeated calls to remedy the situation -- would make us very hesitant to use Jersey Shore Clean Team again.

They scheduled a day to come and give me an estimate and called an housr before and said they couldn't make it and rescheduled for 5 days later. They gave me the day and time and never showed up or called. I left a message and they didn't return my call. Of course I pray that nothing bad happened to anyone on that team.

The initial visit with Dee was great for the estimate.; The teams that came were great.; They came later than they said occasionally but I was home anyway. One; of the cleaners scratched my brand new Bath Fitter shower because she tried to use a squeegee, some of the times they didn't vacuum thoroughly but did so when told on the next visit. The cleaning crews were great and for the most did a wonderful job. Last Wed. they were supposed to come and clean and nobody showed up. I tried calling and E-mailed but nobody responded. I find it a totally unprofessional way to run a business. I am still unable to use my hand and I will be going to Physical Therapy for 8 more weeks. They certainly left me high and dry! !!!!!! I would never consider using them again.

Because of Angie's list recommendation, I called JERSEY SHORE CLEAN TEAM LLC to give us a quote to clean my elderly aunt's two story home. Dee & Nicole came to our home within a few days to view the home. They fully explained the services they would provide and I scheduled them to clean the home about 5 day later. They sent out 4 employees on time and they all worked very hard from about 9:30 AM until about 2:30 PM. Their quality of work and their willingness to try to please the customer was outstanding. Lastly their price was very reasonable. I was completely satisfied.

After seeing so many glowing reviews of Jersey Shore Clean Team, I scheduled an appointment with Dee and Nicole and was very pleased with our initial meeting. They specifically stated all of the areas of our home that would be cleaned. Our home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Impressed with their promptness and professionalism, I booked them for today. Imagine our pleasure after 6 1/2 months of being displaced due to Sandy, including many months of construction, to return to a clean home. The 4 ladies who cleaned were lovely and the dust and grime are gone. I'll have them return for one more super cleaning at the end of the month. I would strongly recommend this service and will use them again.

The first visit from Jersey Shore Clean Team was for the initial "hard core cleaning". Four ladies worked for a total of 16 "manhours" and went through my house top to bottom. The most exciting part was the scrubbing of the bathrooms that I let get a little out of control over the past few months. Diana, the team leader, explained the job to the other ladies and they all dove into their respective jobs. I was very happy with this initial cleaning and then arranged to continue with them every 2 weeks. Each time Jersey Shore comes to clean my house, Diana is always there as the team leader. She has a core group of ladies she works with and I generally have the same people each visit. They all couldn't be nicer and I am very comfortable with them in my home.

Our experience could not have been better! Dee's team did an outstanding job getting the home ready to move in to. Very responsive and professional from start to finish. In fact, they were scheduled to clean on a Monday. When the team showed up to clean, the contractor was running behind. Without any problem, they rescheduled and came back the next day! Now that is what we call service! But what counts is the cleaning. They did a thorough, excellent job. Very detail oriented. In fact, the builder was also impressed and asked us for their number!!!

I've used these ladies for my last two cleaning and I'm very pleased with them. My wife feels comfortable with them in the house and they do a nice job. I think their pricing is reasonable and I will continue to use them for my cleanings.

I would definitely hire them again. My wife called called and they called back in about an hour. They scheduled a convienant day and hour for our schedule. They showed up on time and went straight to work they cleaned the whole house in 2 hours. I would definitely use them again.

The house was not cleaned as promised. Surfaces were either still dirty or untouched, or left streaky and dull. Floors were very dull with botches of soil left behind. Lampshades were dusty, as were fixturs, light switches and pictures on the wall. I could not telll the house was cleaned.

Dee and her team came in and got right to work. It was not a pretty job but they took it head on. We were pleased with the results and have since hired this team for monthly cleanings. These ladies are kind as well as professional. I know the house will continue to look great from now on! Thank you ladies!

We had just closed on our house. We wanted it cleaned before we moved in. Prior to the cleaning, we were having the house painted. We didn't realize that the painter had done a large spackling/wall repair job and there was plaster dust all over the house. Due to the large amount of dust, we were charged for a post-construction cleanup instead of just a regular pre-move clean up. The cleaning crew was not prepared for the amount of work they now had to do and didn't have the correct equipment. However, they did a good job in making the house move-in ready. The increase in price reflected the extra work.

Cleaning staff of 3 women arrived promptly and were polite and friendly. They got to work promptly and were very thorough. I would employ this service again.

I found them and first spoke with them on the phone and then my daughter and son-in-law took over. They seem very good and their price is reasonable. This company was referred by Angie's List. Their quote was for about $300 and they are doing the work today. They were very friendly and got right back with me following my inquiry; their responsiveness was good. They told me they clean from top to bottom; inside and outside of cabinets and windows so everything is squeaky clean. They seemed like they are good.

It went well but there was a misunderstanding AND my memory lapse of what was discussed, but they came back out and did the job anyway. THAT impressed me! They did a good job on the entire project except where they couldn't reach. They should have told us...we could have either supplied a ladder to get the top of the mirror or if they were afraid to climb, we could have helped by climbing ourselves using the cleaning products they already had out. It was not discussed because my husband saw that and didn't choose to say anything. He told me after they left. They are VERY pleasant women!

They were very friendly and in general, they did a really good job. I foster pets because I do animal rescue for a living. The thing that was disappointing, I asked them not to clean the upstairs bathroom. I told them to clean the downstairs bathroom. I still had 45 minutes so I asked them to clean the bedroom, so they did everything and left. I went to the bathroom downstairs and it did not look like it had been touched. I received an email from them asking me how things went, so I sent an email back and told them what had happened and I did not get a response. It could have been anything; it could have been poor customer service. I told them that the parts they did clean were done really well. The sinks were spotless. I color my hair and some of the color had gotten on one of the sinks and no matter what I did, I could not get rid of it, and they were able to get rid of it. It was just the one thing I wanted clean did not get done. Overall, the rate that they charged for three people was good. I would use them again

I called Nikole to set up an appointment for her to view the job. I anticipated having to wait since it was so close to the Christmas holidays. I was pleasantly surprised when Nikole said she would come that same day to do an assessment. Nikole arrived with one of her team leaders at the given time and after introductions began taking extensive notes as I described what I wanted her team to do. Nikole agreed to everything I asked and even made suggestions on how some items could be done better. She also included areas I had overlooked and assured me that they would be cleaned appropriately. The walk though took approximately 45 minutes or so and I was given a list of items that would be attended to as discussed and a price that allowed us the flexibility to pick and choose from the list should we decide to alter the cleaning. I told Nikole I would run all this by my wife and as she was leaving decided to make a command decision and hire her team on the spot. I am glad I did. On the appointment day, the team (4 team members) arrived on time and after brief introductions began cleaning the house in earnest. They went straight to work with no wasted motions all the while maintaining a very pleasant, friendly banter among themselves. Diana, the team leader coordinated the entire operation from start to finish and my conversations with the team were very pleasant. When the team finished cleaning, what just a few hours prior was covered in dust and smelling of construction fumes, the entire house was cleaned to our satisfaction and then some. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will be contacting Nikole to arrange for scheduled cleaning on a regular basis.

I usually have two ladies for four hours for $80. $75 for one hour even if three ladies sees a bit expensive.
