Description of Work: Said the would come the day I called or the following day. Didn't come the day I called, so I called them the following day to confirm they were coming that day and they said yes. They didn't show up and they didn't call to say that they weren't coming. Please don't waste your time too.

Description of Work: Called them over the weekend and scheduled an appointment to come to following Wednesday to repair a damaged gutter. They said it would not be an issue to come out. Never showed up, never called. I called them and left a message and asked them to call me back to reschedule, I even told them I was an Angies List member. Never heard from them. The most annoying thing is they confirmed a day to stop by and never did. If they didnt want my business they should have just told me no from the beginning. I'm still trying to get this fixed.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND THEY CHECKED ALL MY OTHER GUTTERS TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE ALL WORKING WELL AND IF THEY WEREN'T THEY FIXED THEM. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY JUST SUDDENLY DIED AT 48 AND THE NEPHEW IS CARRYING ON THE COMPANY JUST AS HE WOULD HAVE WANTED. THIS IS A TOP-NOTCH COMPANY AND THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES ARE HARD TO FIND IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS GUTTERS FOR THEIR HOME OR ANY CONTRACTOR WHO WANTS THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

Description of Work: The actual quote was for $120.00. This would have covered the cleaning and adjustment of the gutters which were overflowing and sagging. They were unable to keep their original appointment and came on the following day. They made up for their missed appointment by reducing their fee to $80.00. I would absolutely use their service again. Not just for their ethical and fair approach but to the fact that they do excellent work.

+ -1 moreMy house is surrounded by huge maple trees which shed their acorns and leaves two to three times during the season. I waited till all had fallen. A service truck was cleaning gutters by my neighbor and I stopped to speak to the person who was cleaning. He was very friendly and knowledgable and I asked a price for my gutter cleaning. It seemed fair for all the work involved and the height of the second floor. So I hired him. He gave me his card and said he would come the next day at 9 AM and there he was on time. The job took approximately 2 hours. He hosed and swept the driveway and collected the leaves and carried them away. I was very impressed. The card said East Coast Custom Gutters.
Description of Work: We had our gutters cleaned. We have two sets. One for the first floor and the second floor. The service was performed quickly and a very neat cleanup followed. I would highly recommend the service for their quick response, thorough cleaning and spotless clean-up.

+ -1 moreTom came right away and gave me an estimate for new gutters and downspouts. He was extemely friendly and professional. I got several quotes from other companies and his was the best. His team arrived on time they were also respectful and hard working. They did a great job and cleaned up everything after the job was complete. I will reccomend him to all my neighbors, friends, and family.

+ 0 moreThey are very reasonable when it comes to price. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very prompt and professional as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They cleaned and repaired my gutters and installed new gutter guards. They also installed a little "fence" where leaves and snow build up in the corner of a 90 degree angle right over my front steps. The leaves clogged the corner causing overflow. Worse, yet, was the snow. The snow would thaw slightly during the day causing a constant drip on the front steps and the water on the steps would freeze as the temperature dropped. Hopefully, the 'fence" will stop this from happening.
