It was on a weekend morning. Roto Rooter told me that they didn't have surcharged for weekends or evenings. They provided an accurate time for the service team to arrive. The team worked hard to find the clog and took all of the time needed to completely remove the blockage -- and it took two difficult snake-runs to do it. I understood that because of the configuration and age of the pipes that it was difficult to get the snake device of the Roto Rooter machine into the right pipe. I was particularly impressed with how carefully they handled the things in our under-sink cabinets and how thoroughly they cleaned up after they had the pipes cleared. They provided a six-month warrantee on their work, and I would not only use them again, but would highly recommend them as well.

He was great. He was fabulous, he was really great. He was amazing. The kid who came over here and took care of it was just fabulous. He was just amazing. They came over right away. He was extremely professional. He cleaned up beautifully. The bathroom was cleaner after he left than when he got there. We would definitely call him again, absolutely. The kid was very good, really, he did a great job. It was something that had to be done immediately. It wasn't something we could wait. Roto-Rooter is probably the only people you could get at nine o'clock at night.

Customer service was excellent. Probably one of the best companies that I have dealt with in awhile. (tech # 1493). My experience did not start off well. My appointment time was between 9-1. The dispatcher called me at around 9:45, but the tech did not arrive until about 12:40, so I was not all together thrilled with the fact that I had to wait 3 hours for the tech. I did call the dispatcher twice, and was told both times the tech was just finishing up and on their way. The tech who came in that day did the job; however, I'm not sure quite what happened, but when he was putting the trip lever back, the rod and spring attached to it fell down the pipe (it ended up being about 4 feet down). Another tech came the next day to try to fish out the piece, and although, he tried several things, after 2 hours, he was not able to. That's where Akimi (tech 1493) came in - the next morning, he came out on his day off and tried to figure out how to get the piece out. He wasn't able to get it out that day, but he came back the following Monday, and after spending several hours, he was able to get the piece out. This was definitely no easy matter. I really appreciated the time he took and his creative thinking on this. If he was not able to get the piece out, they would have had to open up the ceiling from the apartment downstairs to get the piece out. I definitely give Akimi props - he knows what he's doing, has a great attitude and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is definitely a great asset to the company! Also, I wanted to say how wonderful the manager, Jimmy was throughout this. He was incredibly understanding to my situation. He took the time to listen to every detail I provided, and took complete ownership in doing everything he could to make sure this situation was fixed. He made himself available to me if I had any questions at all and was always there to listen to my complaints, and he was responsive throughout.

It went well. It was for my mom's house. They had to order some handle faucets so that was taken care of. They were on a previous job and it did go past the time that they were supposed to be here.

It was 'top-notch'. Called, Anthony said I would get a call the next morning when the driver was on his way. He called and Dave S. arrived within 15 minutes. Dave was professional, explained everything that was going to be done and worked out a discount for me as well. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs any plumbing services. For $400, not much was done. The serviceman was great but did not seem to have the tools and training needed to fix my problem.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I make a phone call, the serviceman showed up in about 45 minutes. He was professional, polite and very efficient. He did the job in less than an hour and everything is fine now. Everyone should be as good as this serviceman. Rota Rooter will be my place to go if and when I need plumbing service.

Technician 1117came to my house at scheduled time, and I ran the water for more than 2 minutes. This time the water did not back up, I was so sorry for letting him come for nothing, and he is totally fine with it and acts very professional. I will ask him next time I need service.

Great, he came and was so nice and worked for 2 hours! But they couldn't unclog it so he didn't charge me. He also recommended another option of changing the pipe but my place is a rental so I couldn't.

Job went well. The maintenance man was friendly,professional and informative. Took care of problem quickly and was very clean and took care not to mess the kitchen . The company called 45 min. early to give us a heads up when they would be here. I would use roto rooter again. Very pleased. I would recommend root rooter to family and friends.

Very well. Job completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Evidence was also shown to be of the nature of the problem/clog and line cleaning.

The drain worked for 6 months and plus 10 days, now it clogged again. They only grantee for 6 month, so I have to pay another $500 to have them to come to clean again. Manager did offer a 25% off. This is a very simple math. I am not going to pay that much money again, and I am done with this company
