Work was done won't know if it was done well until we have a heavy rain and the sewer does not back up. |The young man that did the work was very pleasant. May only complaint I really have is with there price. If you call them check their price first.

Description of Work: My main sewer drain pipe collapsed or was damaged and needed repair. A sleeve was put in the existing pipe. It was done on a Saturday and took most of the day. It went seemingly well. It was sort of an emergency and around Christmas when no one else was available. So, I really didn't get to comparison shop but my research shows that the price was in the higher range, but still in the range. They were very courteous, professional and punctual to be sure and the work was guaranteed for 50 years. I'm just not sure I got the best deal, but I'd still recommend them.

Description of Work: They unclogged my pipes. The previous owners must have poured grease down the drain. There was a thick red sludge. At first I thought the price was ridiculous but he spent 3 hours on a weekend.

Description of Work: "JERRY 1967" was the plumber who was able to unclog the toilet that I couldn't repair with my auger . Unfortunately I've had to use a plumber several times for different needs and RR always came through . While I had to wait for someone to come they keep you up to date when the plumber will show up . Let's face it you always have to wait so being kept up to date on the ETA is excellent.

Description of Work: They were called to find a leak in bathroom, but could not. Had to call somone else who found it immediately. While here told me kitchen sink needed cleaning out which I allowed not realizing it was more than $450.
