Description of Work: The representative from Roto Rooter was prompt, professional and able to provide insight on our plumbing issues. Because the initial crisis was over/resolved (flooded toilet on the garden level) they didn't charge us for the house call.

Description of Work: I thought my sewer line was clogged, but they found that the waste line was a total disaster which had to be fully replaced all below the floor line so alot of digging into the concrete floor in the basement.

Description of Work: Slow kitchen drain. Cleaned drain. It was suggested that the main line also be cleaned (at half price for work at the same time) since that had not ever been done. Turned out that a paper towel was actually pulled out from the cesspool side of the line. Aside from the possible backup that could have caused it was also an indication that the cesspool was probably quite full. Recommended that have a free evaluation by a separate tech. Second tech came later in the day and assessed that the main pool was fairly high and recommended it should be service since that had not been done in more than four years. Pumped the pool, added chemicals and agitated the pool to encourage correct drainage. Also checked our second overflow pool and determined that was OK. The techs were punctual and professional. The only negative was the cost, but they do guarantee the work for six months.

Description of Work: Came out on an urgent call on a Sunday and then following day came back for bigger service. Technician was able to re-analyze the situation and recommend a different course of action. We'll need a new system but now our recurring problem should be resolved. Technicians were helpful and responsive.

Description of Work: worked a portion of two days. jet cleared obstruction from porch drain pipe. returned next morning to replace elbow pipe in garage. have had no further problems with porch flooding. also left a bottle of drain cleaner.
