As well as you can hope for. Quick response, punctual and professional. Made repairs immediately. Rafael Tech #340 was excellent, great, quick work.

First excavation team accidentally cut electric line (mistakes happen). Then they accidentally cut our water line into the home. They proceeded with repairs without even informing us that they had cut the line. Next day, they sent in a second team that did a much better job at installing the new sewer line. However, now we have decreased water pressure into our home, and Roto Rooter has still not scheduled the township inspection. Been sitting with a large trench in front lawn for 5 days now.

Don't waste yor time with these guys. They missed their originally scheduled appointment with me due to scheduling confusion (which was a 4 hour window). I then has to wait another three hours for them to show up. They sent a junior person to my house who had no idea how to assess the project... he told me he would contact his manager to follow up and never did. Made several calls to the office manager that were never returned. I think my job was probably too complex for them to handle. But, they wasted my time and it was completely unprofessional.

It was pretty pricey. It was an emergency. It was pretty late at night and it was leaking. I was just chilling and I was like I have to get it done. I didn't want to delay it. I just think it was over priced. The service was good. I haven't had any issues with that specific line, but they used one of my tools that I already bought. They only provided service. They didn't put anything new there. They just soldered it back on, so I felt is was over priced for that. I am pretty sure other people would probably charge this high, but maybe if it was planned it would of been high. Their responsiveness was pretty quick. They came pretty fast. They were on time. They guy told me one price on the phone, so I wouldn't say that was really professional. I think I should of got that price up front and then he told me it would be less if I paid cash. I just feel like that wasn't very professional. I most likely not use them again because they are kind of more for people who are desperate at the moment they need fixed. I think if I were to need future plumbing work, I think I would call another plumbing company.

Everything was fine. They did a good job. They are very prompt and reliable. The workers were excellent.

Had to clean the pipe that went to the main, replace drain caps. one machine wasn't working so the seviceman had to wait for someone to bring him another

They're very reliable. They come when they say they're going to come, it's just they're very expensive. Their work is good. It took about in hour to an hour and a half. They clean up.

I liked the guarantee, it was a 6 month guarantee. I thought they were a little bit expensive. They found the problem right away, and they found the issue.

They were very good. The technician was Nelson. He was excellent. It was an emergency price. He came out at a weird time cause of an emergency. He did a good job. It was a very difficult clog. He was very professional and did a great job. He was very careful about the area and all that. He was good at answering questions.

They were very good. I use them all the time. I've used them for a few years now. I never have a problem with them. Every time they come, they're courteous, they talk me through the job they're going to do and they explain everything before they do the work. They're very good and very prompt.

came out quickly the first day and did the work the following day. tech #1054 Leo gave me his cell and was helpful and responsive. people at the main office were the opposite. it took a week and a half to get my yard filled back in then it was done without notifying me they were coming.

They're punctual. The problem comes back depending on who they send over, it doesn't come back often, if they send over a guy who really cleans it good, it lasts for maybe 6 months, if not they get to come back in three. So I don't know what I have to do with that, they might have to get their price fixed or something.

They charge a lot. They do a good work too, it depends on who they send. Sometimes one guy does a better job than the other. The three men last a little longer, we used to be guaranteed for 6 months or something, but now they cut it down like 30 days guarantee. We've been using them, I don't know if I'll use them again. We might be looking for someone else, I'm not that happy with them. Maybe they could lower their price a little, and little more time cleaning the job, cleaning the pipes, I know they are probably on the rushing a little to get on the job, you know spend more time on the job. They come here when they're supposed to.

Courteous, professional, showed up when they said they would. They provided a guarantee which it turned out I needed. Two weeks later when I called them about the guarantee, they without question arranged another visit. The gentleman that came was as courteous and professional as the first one. But he did seem to be their second stringer. He wasn't their A material, he was an old timer. He worked on it again, seemed to have cleared it and everything seems to be fine, no charge for the second visit per the guarantee. And everything seems to be functioning and generally, I would say I am pleased with them. Price wise I have no idea what the going rate is but I thought it was kind of high but so is everything else these days. It was a positive experience, and I would recommend them.

It was backing up again so they did the same thing as the first time, and it seems to have worked this time. They did what they said they would do, backed up the guarantee. Professional, courteous, considerate.

Wonderfully well. Roto-Rooter told us they could be at the house by 4pm (and that we should flush toilets and drain water extremely sparingly until then). Plumber showed up at 2pm, promptly snaked out our sewer line in about 10minutes, and then admonished us against using multi-ply toilet paper. He suggested how to sanitize basement floor as sewage backed up slightly out of basement toilet.

Jimmy, John, Alex and Demitri - It just really does not get better than this. On time, worked non stop. Did everything they said and more. Could NOT be happier
