Description of Work: We had a pipe clog that sent water spewing into our newly finished basement. Person was fast and thorough and gave some input for our follow up.

Description of Work: We had a very bad toilet clogging that has been recurring every week or every few days. He tried to 'snake' it at first then tried flushing a few times with a lot of toilet paper to check if it was solved, when he noticed that the flushing became slower, he decided to take out the toilet bowl. Lo and behold, he found a comb stuck inside the bowl from the previous owners of the apartment! Problem solved.

Description of Work: The two gentlemen who came were extremely helpful and took care of things that were beyond what they were called for and did not charge us extra.

Description of Work: Snaked our main house line due to clog (most likely a bit too much toilet paper use). Came on a Sunday. Very professional.

Description of Work: changed the old water faucets on the hoses that were connected to an old |washing machine.

Description of Work: We had evidence of a leak in our sewer main. Roto-Rooter promptly sent someone who quickly identified a clog in the main line under the ground. He ran a snake down as far as 60 feet before encountering the clog, but he succeeded in freeing it. He then tested it by flushing all the toilets and running the tub simultaneously to see if the drainage was back to normal, which it was.

Description of Work: My toilet was stopped up. He told me 200.00 if he didn't have to take the bowl off . Of course he had to take the bowl off. He said there was feces stuck in the bowl. I was a nurse before I retired. I have never seen feces that could not be ground up by that enormous router he used. He would not show it to me . put it in a bag and took it with him. I still wonder. I have never complained about anyone in my life. After he left I remembered using Rooter Router once before years ago, again had to take the commode off. The other time I used Mr.Snake. Could not fin them in the phone book. They did NOT have to take the bowl off..

Description of Work: Repaired a leak from a bathroom toilet bowl and did total inspection and servicing of toilet bowl. Was very pleased with the work; |The service provider did not arrive within the window of time first promised. After I discussed with the telephone representative my time dilemma, they were able to dispatch someone who was able to perform the work efficiently and in a timely fashion so that I was able to make my other appointment. |This company may be more expensive than some others but being able to get emergency plumbing service for my mother's house with a reliable company is more important to me.

Description of Work: They discovered that the original plumber did not install a washer in the kitchen sink which lead to leakage under my sink and into the neighbors downstairs. Thank you to RR for taking me as the last call of the day and fixing my problem.

Description of Work: A very nice and professional person came within hours of the call. Service was extremely expensive. Free estimate though. Make sure you really need the service before you call. Did a good job and solved the problem.

Description of Work: Randy, the plumber, did some work for me and it turned out very well. I live in an old house. He did work on the rotted kitchen pipes and the basement pipes.
