The problem was diagnosed immediately after a visual inspection. Correction of the problem was swift. I was especially happy that the technician was very polite and considerate of my elderly mother. I have used ROTO-ROOTER in the past and I would have no hesitation using this particular service again. The price was just as it has been quoted to me on the phone when I made my appointment.

My wife called Roto-Rooter for a backed up kitchen sink. We live in West Islip and had used R-R a few times in the past, most recently in 2009. Hank responded within the hour and explained the problem in detail. We live on a slab without a basement so that presents a unique problem for plumbers. Hank was a real nice guy who made you feel very comfortable about solving the problem, and he did, although it wasn't easy. Hank was knowledgeable, professional and neat, and most importantly, took care of the problem. I'd want him back for any other plumbing problem because he's very experienced and trustworthy. I hope he doesn't retire because guys like him are invaluable!

Everything went well. Great service. Good advice for future service. The price seems a bit above average for less than an hour's work but we're happy to have the drains clear.

It went very well! I went online and asked for an appt the next day. They got back to me in about 30 minutes confirming the appt and telling me they'd call me 30 mins before the plumber would arrive, which they did. Plumber arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation and told me what the cost would be, Work was completed and a 6 month guarantee was provided.

Very professional service, on time, efficient. The only downside was the price. $350 felt like a lot of money, but at the end of the day I didn't know what was wrong my self and the work is guaranteed for a year. So I'm happy.

They did pretty good. They came out in an emergency. They were able to do a quick job of getting the work done. It did take a while for them to get here. I would use them again, maybe for some other projects.

Fast responsive the tech Andy was professional.. My only complaint is the pricing. Way overpriced almost double what my plumber would've charged. 30 minutes of work for over four hundred dollars just isn't right. But it was late and they responded in a timely fashion.

Sean Pedroso, the supervisor, and his team from the Staten Island Branch came over almost immediately and provided the most efficient and professional service. They performed this job in a timely manner on a Friday afternoon all the way into the evening and left at the estimated time. Very great work. I highly recommend Sean Pedroso for all flooding emergencies.

Shawn Pedroso and his team took out the damaged carpeting as well as tore down walls in a timely efficient manner. They put in equipment to dry everything out. They were respectful and did an excellent job of taking care of everything. This was a dirty job and they were really mindful of not tracking up my house, as well as getting all of the soiled items; and they were pleasant about it. I would highly recommend Shawn and his team for any restoration project.

After discovering there had been a bathroom sink leak for what we now think is weeks, we called Roto-Rooter. They couldn't come that day but came the following day, on a Saturday morning. They replaced the tail pipe which was too short thus causing leaks when the sink clogged. They were in and out within an hour. Very, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I would call them again.

The job was completed successfully. It does seem though that the sewer pipe has been compromised by roots. So very soon I will need to have the pipe repaired. But for the meantime I can use the plumbing in the house.

Called 212 # listed in Angie's List. I'm in Nassau so I was a little concerned but it transfers to their nationwide #. I spoke with Tanya. She took our info at 9:54 - she was pleasant and polite. Told us there was an 8 hour window. I told her it was an emergency. Every time we flushed a toilet sewage was coming up in the slop sink in the basement. She said she would put asap on our request. At 10:54, a guy was pulling up in front of my home. I was really happy about that. Our repairman was named Frank. He immediately went into the basement. He assessed that our main sewer line was clogged. He gave us the estimate of $409 and asked if we had questions. We discussed what he was going to do and he brought his equipment in. He was done in 30 minutes and cleaned up the area when he completed the work. Frank was awesome!! He offered great advice from toilet paper to repairing a toilet with a slow flush. He also mentioned we could get a free camera view of our sewer line as part of their service within 6 months of the repair. I think we'll do it at a later time. I would ask for Frank again.

The technician Richie arrived in the morning when he was supposed to. He inspected the problem area and determined that we would be a candidate for a re-route which would avoid needing to tear up the floors of our home. He performed all the work quickly and professionally, and was extremely courteous throughout. We are very satisfied with his work and would certainly use this service again.

I own a grooming shop and I was having a problem with one of the tubs. I called Roto-Rooter and was told someone would be there by 11:30. Eloy arrived at 10:30, was very professional and had the tub working in no time at all. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

The technician was very friendly and professional. he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the best course of action that did not require tearing down a wall. Only complaint was that our original service call was from 10am to 12pm but was contacted at 11 to say the technician was running about 2 hours late and then contacted again at 1 to say the same thing. Ultimately, he did show up at 3. The positive was that they did keep us informed as to the technician's arrival, we were just in a hurry to use our bathroom!! Overall, would use again.

Made appointment on their web site. Received a call asking if I was available earlier and was, so within 15 mins Hank arrived. Diagnosed the problem and replaced all the inside components. Cleaned the area where he worked.
