Had to break through a ceiling to get to the pipe and reset toilet. While the price was high, the quality of work was superb. If you want a job done right the first time, call root rooter.

Claims adjuster arrived day/morning after repair plummer arrive night before to repair broken sump pump and extract the water from basement. Made an itemized claim as close to insurance adjusters claim as I can tell. As a matter a fact his claim was hours before my insurance adjuster arrived. Because I went over my policy with adjuster before he started his claim I presume the cost such as to cover the maximum as possible from insurance. In any event the clean up started. These are items the cleaners did/did not perform contrary to what was listed in itemized claim and invoice to myself and my home owners insurance.Did not wear any hazard suit or uniform. No HEAVY clean up performed. (drywall fragments left all over floor). I had to clean-up my basement floor in order for drywall contractors to come estimate and to get started. No floor coverings protection used. Tracked water and drywall dust all over my rug and stairs to upstairs. But was charged. Broke paint off front door outside and inside removing drywall.Tore 3 ft of drywall out in uneven sections when they and insurance adjuster stated only 2ft. (leaving me the cost to replace more than necessary) .Left 1 hour early 1st day because they did not have all the equipment on the truck.Worked two days on clean up and extraction and left blower equipment for remainder of 2days. Picked up equipment on 4th day 15 minutes. Charging for 2 techs on weekend rate. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with the bill as prepared and plan on stating the case and fighting this amount. What I perceive to be an attempt to extract as much from my insurance carrier as possible.

I found both Rafael and AJ extremely prompt, professional and courteous. They explained to us what the problem appeared to be ,the cost and how they would help to solve the plumbing issue. The service provider on Sunday checked out the pipes and all appeared to be fine. They both gave us helpful suggestions to prevent the issue from happening again. They took their time and went out of their way to take care of the problem.

The price is outrageous and is determined by the corporation, not the individual licensee. The plumber came 1 hour after the 4 hour window and charged almost $950( before the senior citizen discount) for a 30 minute job that involved sticking a hose into a leeder and flushing the leeder. I neither received the promised written estimate not was there a customer service representative available to discuss pricing. Because the overflow was causing a leak into my basement I had to have the work done. I just need to repeat how outraged I am by the price.

Our toilets start backing up and the basement was flooding. We couldn't flush any longer . We called RR and they came here within 90 minutes of our call. They new what was causing the problem right away and fixed it and cleaned up!!! Great company and very nice professionals !!

The Crew did an Excellent Job!! 4 hours later, pipes were replaced. And, They were careful with my Lawn Landscaping. Very Considerate!! Excellent Work!! They were Wonderful!! The Technician Rob Jones was Great!!!

Joe Desola jetting supervisor performed the service. He was polite, courteous and very informative. He did an excellent job and will contract with Roto Rooter and Joe Desola yearly for the service to be performed.

Bill was pleasant and knowledgeable about the problem and available solutions. Arranged for further diagnostic/treatment (Greg jetted the line and confirmed need for liner) and expedited financing for the repair project to be complete the next day.

Bill Nason was prompt, courteous and professional. He did s safety check of the condo and made recommendations were economical without doing unnecessary work.

Professional and Promptly cleaned out drain

Arrived on time but then informed me service was $455! I complained and he lowered to $375, which is still outrageous. He did the work and was neat and professional, but I would caution future users to get a quote before committing.

Repairman Aristides was delayed slightly and did not show up within the set time slot. Came soon afterward. Very professional service. He knew exactly what had to be done, and spent time doing it properly. He had good advice as to how to avoid such problems in the future.

Well I own an older two-story brick home,which is well over sixty years old. We have been having on going problems with the sewer system and always used rotorooter's services;because they are pretty reliable and my parent's used them beforehand with their house. When the regular clearing procedure wasn't working to clear the pipe; a supervisor from rotorooter came by to checkout the situation He suggested using the " Hydro Water Jet " to clear the sewer's main line of heavy debris, a call was placed for the following treatment same day to my home. Their jet operator named Ken(1562) explain the process in a very informative manner; which I greatly appreciated with diagrams. Also Ken said he would be using a camera to check the sewer line for any breaks in the pipes leading from the house. Well as stated earlier this is a sixty plus year old home: the camera showed a serverly blocked U-pipe and a break at the ending to the city's sewer system; which was bad news for us. The great news for us was that there were two options to resolving the problem; in which the cost and how the work would be handled. Stacey Josephs a "Solutions Specialist" was of very great help in handling my paperwork and processing of my home's new system. My fiasco happen on Christmas Eve ..and I'm a really grateful for Rotorooter's services and their friendly hard working staffers, it's true they will be there for their customers 24/7...365 year around.

Perfectly. The drain is completely cleared. Given that the drain is a lead pipe there was a concern that the snake might puncture the pipe causing the drain to leak into our living room. The technician that was sent out was very delicate with the snake and was able to clear the clog without puncturing the pipe.

Our Service Specialist David came to our house on December 22, 2015 to respond to a call regarding a toilet clog. He took a look at our outside pipe and informed us that the broken trap needed replacing and that he could not guarantee the toilet to work. He assured us that we would be able to have this done on December 23rd if we agreed to the quote. We knew due to our house being old and the piping as well that we needed to get this done now and especially before Christmas. Kevin and Dan were there on time to excavate and replace the curb trap and David was there to install the toilet. They work was done in a timely, efficient, manner and the service was excellent. Rich came out later to Hydro Jet our sewer line. Everything went as planned and the service was excellent.

Noticed this morning the the water in the downstairs bathroom was draining slowly and soon knew the sewer line was most likely clogged. Called RR Plumbing whom I used about 10 years ago to do the same job. The Technician Will arrived on-time explained in the detail the estimate before starting the job. He was very friendly and was able to clean the clog and cleaned the area when he was completed. I would recommend RR Plumbing Roto Rooter to all my friends and neighbors.

Work went fine but it was more expensive than I expected. However, they did give me the exact price before they did the work.

Anthony Casella arrived in a timely manner on Saturday morning, November 28th. He was courteous and professional and cleared the clog in short order.

Called Roto-Rooter (at 800 438-7686) at 2 pm and was told technician(s) would arrive by 4. They did. They promptly diagnosed the problem, removed (and re-installed) the garbage disposal, cleared the clog (and even did a small unrelated repair) which seemed to be too complicated for another provider (see review of Komfort Plumbing and Heating). The technicians were professional and polite and tested the repair (and draining fo the attached dishwasher). They went so far as to clean up (after apologizing for any mess they may have made which was nothing more than some dirt on the kitchen floor). The only "negative" was the price but after living for a week with a clogged drain and being disappointed by another provider (again, see review of Komfort) it was (almost) worth it.

They came within 2 hours of calling emergency service; he was very helpful and friendly and was able to fix the problem.

The night before we were supposed to go on vacation, our sewer backed up and flooded a portion of our basement. It was very late at night and all we could do was clean up the mess. We called Roto Rooter and they came early the next morning and snaked our sewer drain and also determined that our sewer pipe was back pitched and needed to be fixed. TONY CASELLA was the one who came to our rescue and he was super nice and professional. He was knowledgeable and right away, contacted someone to give us an estimate on what it will cost to repair the back pitch and to do any mold clean up. We were able to go on vacation with peace of mind. I would not hesitate to contact Roto Rooter. They are responsive and professional. THANK YOU!

This is the 4th or 5th time Ive had to use them for this service. (house has a problem) They are professional, clean, come when they say they are going to and clean up when they are done. Oh and solve the problem too
