Description of Work: AJ Perri installed the system about 12 years ago. Subsequent tune ups always included a hard upsell using fear tactics. This time nothing was done because they never showed or called to cancel/reschedule. Used another company and was delighted with the results. AJ Perri no more.

Description of Work: i requested for toilet draining service. actually the toilet started working fine before i requested for service. i was thinking that the service will be something like draining the toilet drainage pipe. but service professional explained that it will fixing the toilet if water is not flushing properly. and i told service pro that it is working fine but pro told me that they will anyway charge as they are already at my home. so i made him look at the toilet anyway and he did found a small tissue paper in the toilet pipe. but i felt i just paid little too much for the service as i really didnt have the issue anymore.

Description of Work: First contact to clean furnace ended in small flood and ruining floor platforms under the freezer which they never came put back, after new ones were replaced. Another time unable to unclog washing machine drain because it lead to sewer. Another time unable to repair baseboard radiators, but charged me for the visit.However, customer service was excellent in trying to make some restitution for lack of skills of technicians.

Description of Work: My township plumbing inspector did not agree with the service provider's placement of a dead leg on a horizontal gas inlet pipe leading to my new hot water heater. Once I reported the result to the service provider, they provided same day service at no charge and redesigned the connection such that the dead leg was connected to a vertical section of pipe.
