They never did do any work on the furnace, but charged me for a maintenance call. I did get an estimate from this company for a new furnace. I dealt with a male owner who was condescending and did not waste a folder on me. He had all of my information in a folder. When I told him that I was going with another company, he took my info out of the folder and handed me my info. I went with an authorized Lennox dealer.

Overall experience is very well. They come in, put on their shoe covers to protect your floors, work in the basement, explain their findings and document them, then leave.

The contractor showed up on the scheduled date. They had all the mechanical installed and running by the end of the day. They also took the responsibility of having the permits drawn at the town inspection. I will volunteer to schedule the final inspection to close out the job.

It began when the blower motor would not start. I put in a service call to Perri because they had put in the attic fan previously. They diagnosed the motor problem and gave me options for repair. I asked for a visit by a sales person, and he did an excellent job of describing all the new products and fully answering my questions. I chose a new system because the old one was in overall bad shape. Despite an ongoing heat wave, they were able to schedule the job for less than two weeks later. They arrived just a little late due to confusion about our address (it has the same number as a house nearby on a different street). With two people, they were able to finish the job in one long day. Before leaving, they did a good job explaining how the system worked and pointing out the details of the controls. I've been very happy with the performance and operation.

It went very well. They came when they said they would, and when there was a problem with our wiring due to the complicated nature of our system, they sent out a specialist right away to fix it for us. They were polite and a pleasure to work with.

They are very courteous and friendly. $140 for the first unit and $110 for the second. They also provide a service contract that is definitely financially worth looking into.

We got several estimates and they were the lowest. They are very good and I was pleased with their work. They are professional and accurate with everything that they do. I think they are friendly and hardworking as well. I would recommend them to other people.

Gilson & Sons offered the best price of all the contractors we contacted. They showed up on time and were very up front about what they were doing. The other companies just didn't feel right or honest and this company did. The unit is great and we're very satisfied.

I like my service contract with this company. I like it because I get the first appointments they can give me if anything goes wrong with my units. I also like it because I get a discount on any major work that might need to be done. I think its worth it. They are certainly an above average company. They wear booties in your house too to help keep things real clean.

A NEIGHBOR HAD USED THIS COMPANY AND SEEMED PLEASED. WE HAD THREE BIDS AND WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THE REP MEASURED AND HELPED SELECT OUR UNIT. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY. THE ONLY GLITCH WAS WE HAD CONDENSATIONS AND NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AFTER WE CALLED. THEY EVEN WORKED ON THE HOLIDAY. THEY ALSO STAYED RIGHT THERE IN THE ESTIMATE. WE KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY WOULD COST.
