Outstanding, John came out for an estimate and was very knowledgeable in this type of work. He was courteous, and professional and explained all the details of the job. Parts were ordered, job was scheduled, they arrived on time and did the work as planned. There was even a followup call to make sure everything was in order.

They actually reimbursed me $100 of the fee. I felt that to be a nice jesture on their part but it was still higher than I thought it should be. I don't know what the going rate is but $400 for a toilet installation seemed high to me. I must say reducing it to $300 helped some.

Everything went exceptionally well. It was the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving and I was having guests for the holiday. I noticed a leak in my hot water heater early in he evening. I called the 24 hour service number and explained that it appeared I had a leak although because of the age of the tank I wasn't surprised. I was asked if I needed a technician immediately and I said the next morning would be fine. I had turned off the tank valve to prevent further problems. It appeared it was the "safety" valve that had leaked however due to the age of the tank I felt it was appropriate to purchased a new tank rather than take a chance with the next thing that could go wrong. The truck was equippped with everything needed to accommodate my request. The tech was very helpful in explaining different aspects of what needed to be done and answered some unrelated plumbing questions as well. I was very pleased with the professionalism and demeanor of the gentleman doing the work and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The job went on very well. They were very prompt, kept their appointment, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. I will use them again in the future.

A.J Perri Inc A.J Perri Inc, got the necessary permits, they were the only company that would get the permits and they had a better price, (the permits were important to me). We have used them several years ago to install a new HVAC. They are professional and clean, very responsive, on time, did the work they were suppose to do, and prompt. If I had a problem with the inspection, I could call them and they would take care of the problem.

I was happy the experience overall and will use them and the list again as well. They were very punctual and the person they sent was cordial and gave plenty of information. I was very impressed with their service.

This company is a total ripoff. Tried to charge me over $1300 for parts on my Air Conditioner that another contractor ended up charging me $200 for. After I declined the service, the other contractor that came noted that screws were missing from my A/C unit and the parts were not put back properly. To make matters worse, they had their high-pressure salesperson come by 45 minutes later to try and sell me a new system which was also overpriced. This company is a joke, there are so many better choices out there. At least I only lost the $89 for their "trip charge" before realizing how much they were trying to rip me off.

It went great - the original service call was to replace the flex-gas pipe on the dryer. That was estimated and performed but also while estimating that, AJ Perri recommended I change out the old rubber water pipes that were leading in to the washer. He said that the #1 insurance claim for the past month is around this and it is dangerous as it can burst anytime. hence, that was also changed. Quite satisfied with the work - got same day appt within just 2 hours, technician was quite professional, all the work performed was clean.

We have used AJ Perri twice to come and snake out a clogged pipe. Those two experiences were very positive. They came in a timely manner and cleaned it out, charged us 99 dollars each time. They explained that the basement bar plumbing was feeding too many appliances and teh plumbing most likely was not up to code. Now we are renovating our basement and took the basement bar out. We called AJ Perri to come and remove the plumbing that they told us was not up to code and move the pipe to the edge of the room instead of it coming up in the middle of the basement floor. We called to get an estimate. The woman said they charge 47.50 for an estimate and if you choose to do the work through them the money gets applied to your bill. WE have been dealing with different companies throughout this project and nobody has charged us for an estimate, especially a plumbing job that is going to be 1000 dollars or more most likely. I told the woman no thank you. A day later someone from AJ Perri calls back to say they will waive the fee and we scheduled the appt for tonight between 7-9pm. We just received a call from the plumber who was "on his way" that they do not do this kind of work. He claimed they do not move drainage pipes. AFter probing the woman at the main office who answers phone, she explained that it is most likely because they need a permit to move a drainpipe over and they don't like to deal with that headache. I should mention at this point that AJ Perri had advertised and offered us at the time they fixed our clogged drain a free scope of our sewer main. We had it done and the plumber who did the free consult told us we had a collapsed section of our sewer main and THEY could fix it by jackhammering up and fixing the drain (which is a much larger project requiring permits) and it would be very expensive. They couldn't explain to us why that recommendation was given and they were more than willing to start that project but then waiting until they were supposed to arrive at our appointment tonight to tell us they couldn't do this work.Sounds to me like they pick and choose their projects according to projected profit for them. Will never call them again!

Had accelerating leak that I could not staunch, despite some initial success. Got out of hand, they arrived earlier than expected, viewed the problem then took time to estimate the cost of the repair. Very quickly replaced, then got air out of the pipes.

My overall experience with this company was disappointing. The service man was competent by their pricing a out outrageous. Their are others out in the market who can do a good job and not rob you in pricing.

I had my thermostat go off suddenly ,so i called AJ perri thinking that my inducer went off. When i called they said they would charge me for $90 for giving a quote.But when the person came he opened up the furnace did some checks and said my thermostat was not put properly. He just tightened two wires and and my furnace started working .For that he charged me $350 ,literally for being 5 minutes in my house. when i asked him what wires he repaired first he told he fixed wires in the furnace then he said the thermostat wires and nothing in the furnace. I will never call AJ perri once i finish my heating contract with them next year for anything,they are the Biggest Rip off i have experienced.

They were great. They were professional and neat. They were very courteous and I will definitely use their services again.

Calling and getting an appointment was very easy. The technician showed up on time. He was very nice and explained how the unit worked since we just bought the house the prior week. He even made some simple suggestions like how often to change the filter and how to clean the unit so we knew how to maintain it.

He was very good. He came out, was quick, and gave me a couple of options instead of pressing me for more work.

The two servicemen were clean, professional and knowledgable and told me to call at any time if I experience any further problems. They reminded me that their work is guaranteed and that they are listed with Angie's Services. The office I spoke to yesterday obtained my info then switched me to scheduling and I received a call from scheduling just after 0900 that their servicemen were coming out this AM. I love this service!

AJ Perri had performed service in the past and we had been pretty happy with it, but the high pressure sales tactics... not a fan.

It was a tough job, but the Technician - James Dressler - was terrific. He was thorough and cautious and explained everything as he went along. He worked late into the evening to get the job done right. I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the entire A.J. Perri team, especially James. You get what you pay for!

They were on time and did a good job.

These guys are the Best. They showed up on time and put on their shoe covers. They also had to go up on my roof to clean out my dryer vent. I was very impressed. My neighbor decided to use another company (not sure of the name) I asked her if they went on the roof she said no. 3 days later she started not to feel well. She looked at the dryer and the people that came out left it disconnected ! I'm glad I called AJ Perri and not some Small company. I'm a true believer you get what you pay for.

I contacted several reputable HVAC contractors in my area, including AJ Perri, to replace the 2 zone HVAC system in my house. My wife and I were very disappointed with the high-pressure sales tactics and process. This is what we experienced: - We thought the Sales Rep was rude and unprofessional; resorting to ridiculous high-pressure tactics. - We were advised that AJ Perri's prices are 10 - 15% higher than their competitors. However, their estimate (above $20k) was 90% higher than 3 other estimates for comparable products. Yes, from other Carrier dealers as well. - AJ Perri's sales process requires for the husband and wife to be present during their "presentation" and price offer. If your spouce trusts you to make this decision without them, he/she will still be forced to sit through an 1.5 hrs of sale talk. - Our Sales Rep did not leave any paperwork or trail of his estimate. I asked if I can have a copy and he replied by telling me that he will email a copy --- I am still waiting. - After seeing the price estimate for the "Rolce Royce", I politely asked if there was any less costly options. We received a rude response and a refusal to provide alternatives. I'm writing because I felt we wasted 2 hours of our time in an uncomfortable situation in my own home.

It went well, but pricing was steep.

The repairs were very expensive, but do come with a 2-year warranty. Repairs were completed quickly. I did have to make them come back out again, a week later, to replace one of the fittings on the kitchen sink drain, again. It was leaking again, even after being replaced. The second plumber said it was a faulty plastic washer/o-ring.
