There was no charge for this particular visit. They wanted to provide additional services other than what they did, which would result in a charge, and I thought the charge was a little bit too high. They're very reliable, they show up on time, and they do the work they say they're gonna do. They do offer advice and tips along the way, and they're easy to get ahold of.

I actually had to have people come out afterwards because the pipes were rusting, which meant that it was not a perfect fit, but I don't know if that was their fault. It may have been the manufacturer because sometimes I think the pipes leak, even when they're brand new. It could be something in the groove that was not fitting right or something, but they didn't know that until after they installed it. The price was good. They gave me a good deal.; they financed it for me. They found a financier that offered me a loan and they gave me some discounts. It wasn't like an outrageous monthly payment or anything. It seemed like a lot at the time but I've paid it off since then. The installers were fine. They also removed some asbestos in the surrounding area where the furnace was going to be installed, so they called in a different contractor to do that. I thought it would be all day like to take the asbestos out, but they came in, they set up all the liners to separate the air quality from the rest of the basement, and everything was done very professionally, sanctioned with the State and everything, and they got rid of it in a couple of hours and they left it clean. So they prepared it for the actual people that came to install the furnace. It was ready to go. It was done very quickly, it was clean, and it was done quickly. It was about 3 or 4 people that actually installed it. It was a big job and I trusted them to do the work because they had already been servicing my 40-50 year old furnace for the last five or six years before that.

He basically appeared to do everything, but I had to follow up with another company two days later for issues that came up. The AC panel was not properly closed and another one hour job he failed to do.

I've been using them for a number of years. I have a service contract with them. They're very good. They can be pricey. They installed my system so I had a contract with them. They're usually there about 30 minutes.

They suggested replacing the A/C. The guys who came to change the filters and all were fine. It was the high pressure sales man who used high pressure techniques to replace the system. So I was not satisfied. They is a lawsuit pending and a complaint. They come in August and I will allow them to come in and do that. But after that I will not use them again. Some of their service techs were fine. I don't have a problem with the techs. It was the sales man that came in that was not. Quality of service was good. Other than the sales man he was very unprofessional. The original tech that came in I had some work done and he recommended things. I was hesitant at times because I was not sure I needed to do things. After that I had another tech that came in and he did what he needed to do changed the filters and things he was fine. He did a good inspection. The first one that came in and started recommending things.

I've used AJ Perri for several years since they bought out the company I used to use. I've had two leaks since AJ Perri took over maintenance of my central air system, causing damage to my plaster ceiling. While the initial leak was no fault of their own, they addressed the problem and stood by their promise to repair the ceiling-- beautifully, I might add. The only problem is, I think they missed the real cause of the problem (a crack in the condensate drain line), so again this year I've had water dripping through the master bedroom ceiling. They have now replaced the cracked trap and will be once again repairing the ceiling. So I give them points for standing by their work, and coming promptly and being professional. It's just annoying that we could have avoided a huge headache if they had fixed it correctly in the first place. Also worth noting, AJ Perri is a large company, so it's usually a different technician every time they come. But on the plus side, they do respond very quickly.

We called AJ Perri on Thurs 7:15pm and the plumber arrived within 2 hours window as schedule. Pete (plumber) was professional and efficient. He walked through the unclog process and provided useful tips on preventive care afterward.

Spectacularly! During a time of high personal emotion (my wife and I lost most of our sentimental possessions, thank God we didn't lose everything like many Jerseyians) the professionals sent by AJ Perri were respectful and understanding. Let me put it this way. AJ Perri is one of three contractors whose number will never be deleted from my phones!

We have used them for a very long time. I would say thirteen years. Its a big company, and they are very well known. They installed our system in our old house for thirteen years. We didn't have any problems back then, and they just provide the service. They are servicing the air and heating system. They did a great job. Excellent price they gave us, and they did a great job. We use to have a contract with them, and they did a great job. They provide the service for air conditioning and heating system. We are in the contract for our system. I don't know if you call to just check the air conditioner system. I cant talk about that, because I don't know what they charge if you don't have an contract. It was $95 for an yearly charge. We didn't have any problems. They service the unit for the summer season, and before the winter starts in the fall. They are very responsible, very punctual, and very reasonable. They are very easy to reach, and when we need them when we don't have an problem, to schedule that appointment. If we need to change the appointment. My husband likes to have the first appointment in the morning, and they are very accommodating for us.

They are always very nice. They are very reasonable with the price. They are very qualified. They respond right away, and you can schedule your appointments right away. They are very professional.

Very pleased with our experience overall. AC unit stopped working on a Saturday late afternoon, we have a 3mo so when no one was available the customer service rep worked to find someone to work overtime for us. Dave came promptly, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He then sat down with us and took the time to explain the work and made recommendations for our unit on the future. He was very thorough and helpful. Will definitely continue to use AJ Perri.

They are expensive but I keep going back because I respect their work.

They always work for me. I have a maintenance contract with them. They take care of the heating in the winter also. They are expensive, but they are worth it. I would absolutely use them again. He was here maybe an hour. I have no complaints about any workers so far. They left the area as clean as it was before.

We recently moved into our home in 2014 and they installed the equipment. They service it since it is still under warranty. We have used them for the past three years and we have had mixed results. Sometimes you get a guy who is great, and knows exactly what he is doing. Last time we had a super technician who knew what he was doing. He was in and out in about an hour and a half and did a great job. Once we had someone that here for three hours struggling on what he was supposed to do. When he left, he had the refrigerant set too low. So I will say with AJ Perri, we called and complained and they sent out a troubleshooter the same day and he rectified the problem. So they were really very please with them making it right. We are please with them and we will stay with them. They know they equipment and they do the job so I will pay the fee. I've never shopped so I wouldn't know how to grade their price. I was very please with the quality of the work, the people are very personable and very pleasant, and they are competent. One time I got a bad guy and the company made that right, right away. I only had a complaint one time, and they were out right away. They give me a window of a few hours when they will be there. Sometimes they are around half an hour late, but they always let you know.

They failed to replace filters for two straight years.

We have been using them for over 20 years or so. When I was in my other house and when we moved here, they came along with us. They are a little expensive. I think the price was in with my plan. I did price them out with other companies and they are a lot more expensive but like I said we have a relationship with using them and we have a lot of confidence in them. I haven't had an issue with them so far. Since I have two units, it takes them about a hour to two hours to complete the work. The leave the area very clean, actually cleaner than it was before. This year they cleaned the units out outside. I was surprised. They come inside for the furnace, so he comes down and checks the filters, makes sure there is no leakage or anything, and then goes outside and checks the condensers to make sure there's no leaks there. So, it's in the basement and then outside in the backyard.

I have taken AJ Perri's services for the first time and I am extremely happy. My Kitchen Sink was clogged and it was fixed quickly. The gentleman was very professional and advised cost effective way to avoid clogs. I will always use AJ Perri for plumbing work.

The second inspection went as it should. Very thorough. The first tech who came out didn't check the unit in the attic and briefly checked the outside unit. I was not happy with that service because both units are normally checked. I called to have another tech come out in a few weeks, and he did a full unit check and showed me what he was doing. It was the first time I was not satisfied with the service.

At the time they had a $99 drain cleaning special and I had a $25 coupon. The technician had a very hard time clearing the drain, took him over an hour. They didn't make any money on me (and the $99 special has since disappeared).

Estimate for these three items was $1500. Declined service. Subsequently hired local plumber for two items. Total cost: $185 .. versus AJ Perri quote of $935. You be the judge!
