The service turned out alright. They did not charge me anything because it was under warranty.

The work was good, and it was moderately priced.

My experience with them was fair, but I would not use them again in the future.

We were satisfied with the work. We felt they were a little expensive. The salesman we had a problem with not the guy that did the work. We have a service contract so they came out and checked the heat and the air conditioning. They come once for the heat and once for the air conditioner. They had been very good. We had air conditioner problem last summer in the middle of the heat. The guy came like 8 or 9 at night. When they put the air conditioner in, a duct was not connected properly. I went up and checked that, and I called AJ Perri. They came out and did the repair. We had AJ Perri all the way back into the ‘80s. They had two semi-Americans here and they handled them both within 24-hours. They call in advance and they give you a small window of opportunity that they come, and they are there.

The work turned out fine and I would recommend them. The final cost was the same as the estimate they provided. The value of the work compared to the price was fine. Their service has always been good although they always want to sell us some other things to upgrade our stuff, but no one is obligated to do that. I have not compared their pricing to anyone else.

The service was alright. I like that they are very prompt. They will send someone quickly without having to wait for a long time like some other people do. They did a good job. I think the pricing is a little high.

They don't change the filter because we don't have a replaceable filter, but they do come and do a thorough inspection, and make sure that all the bars are okay, make sure that the system is firing properly, and everything worked out fine. They made some recommendations in terms of keeping track of things going forward, and gave tips on cleaning the filters, and do the system maintenance. They are usually very good, I have no complaints from them. The only thing that I find, is that when I get quotes from them, they tend to be a bit pricey for getting the work done. They come out twice a year, once for the heating and once for the AC. I renewed my contract with them for this year.

We had them here a couple of times. The price is part of a contract from the previous time they were here. I do not know if we are going to use them in the future.

Whenever my husband called them, somebody came and he talked to him. And the next thing I know there was a man in the attic. They were here on time. It was a nice young man that worked up there. If we need them again, we would certainly call them right away. For anything that we will need in that department, it will be AJ Perri.

AJ Perri were clean; they picked up after themselves. The pricing came to what it was going to be.

It turned out absolutely fantastic. They're wonderful! The price is totally fair. They take out the shoes coming into your house, they put covers on their shoes. When they tell you they're going to be here, they're here.

It was incorrectly installed and took many repair visits to work properly. The workmen were all very professional and polite, if inexperienced, in the case of the original installers. Subsequent repairers had more experience. They lost or misplaced the documentation for the furnace and the pdf file provided is very poor.

AJ Perri installed my furnace 2-1/2 years ago and connected an existing humidifier to the programmable thermostat. The humidifier started to leak. I actually had three service people come it to fix the leak. I provided the original parts for them to install and the last service rep finally fixed the problem to my satisfaction. The first young rep replaced the original water panel which I was told by other two reps did not need to be replaced and could not fix the leak. The second rep replaced the solenoid but the humidifier was not programmed correctly and did not work. I decided to buy the original parts to be replaced by the third rep who was very determined to fix the problem and worked on the solution until I was satisfied. He deserves the most praise. All three service reps were professional and cleaned up after the service call. They also wore booties over their shoes as not to soil the carpeting/flooring.

I visited Home Depot looking looking for the purchase and installation of a Stand-By home electrical system. They use Gilson for this type of work and sent a Gilson salesman to my house. He was very competent. I signed up for an installation with Gilson handling all necessary interaction with West Orange Towship. Gilson's employees were competent, timely on appointments and well experienced. Clean-up after job completion was fine. I recommend them.
