I purchased a Big Deal with them which turned out very well.

I guess their services were good because my wife didn't raise any complain.

We have been very satisfied. The company is very professional and clean. They guarantee all their work and the do not contract their work out.

The plumber didn't know I paid for a service thru Angie's list. After he snakesd thru the drain in my tub he said he couldn't do it and that the pipes were now leaking and I would have to spend $1300 to replace all my pipes. When I told him about the $89 single drain cleaning I bought on Angie's list he went down in the basement took off the trap and snaked it thru there no other problems.

We called and they came within two hours. They fixed it right away, and did really nice work. They were very accommodating. We signed up for an annual maintenance contract, so they waived the service call, which was nice.

Have a contract with them so the service call was free. Tech was very good and I have no complaints with him. I do have a complaint with the price charged for two parts. First he told me I needed a new capacitor. When I asked the price he said $277.00. Yikes. Ok, researched while he was installing it which took 5 minutes, I looked up the part on the internet. . It ranged in price from $12 to $25.. Are you kidding? When I complained the tech said it was because of the company overhead. Now I wouldn't mind if he charged me $100 installed but $277? He called his supervisor and they gave me 10% off. Now it only costs $244.00. I then was told I needed a booster on the A/C because the compressor was having a little difficulty starting. He did say that I might not really need it and the way it was working it could last a several more years but I decided to have him install it which again took 5 minutes. Charge for the booster was $244.00. Again the internet price was $13.05 for the same part. So two parts that cost a total of $38.05 I was charged $488.00 plus tax. Grand total was $522.16. Do you think I have a right to be very annoyed? I do Per AJ Perri below on 5/11/2015-- No one has contacted me.

Always professional but sometimes forgetful. I asked for an estimate to install a humidifier to be given each time they came to the house to tune up our system (both winter and summer) and each time the technician claimed that no one told him he needed to give an estimate and that I'd need to call back and set up a separate time. Not a HUGE deal but sloppy and annoying. Also, each time they've serviced our units they've found some VERY costly item that "should" be replaced as it "may" fail sometime soon. The units are all only 5 years old and I'm not saying that they may not be right. I'm simply finding it suspicious that each time they come out for a tune up (I've had them out 3-4 times over the years) something (and always something different) should be replaced. That said, they are always on time, efficient and curious.

I haven't had any problems so I haven't called them for years. It was fine. They give you a window of time; if you are under contact which I am not; but if you have a contract with them they answer you and they are here within twenty for hours or even the same day if they can or if somebody is in the area. Everything went fine; I dealt with them for so many years; that's what I've been getting so I have no comparison but I consider it to be a good work. I have recommended them to others.

They proposed an unnecessary $5000 charge and misled me as to what had to be done, and this was not in line with what other plumbing companies I had called had estimated. They threatened to knock back my warranty if I didn't spend the additional $5000. I had had them for heating/cooling for years, but after this I no longer want to support this company after they tried to fraud me.

They took out the old one and installed a new one. Scheduling was not an issue they showed up when they said they would come. They had to come back multiple times. The first installation was wrong. They had to come back and reinstall the piping. Then we had multiple leaks. Every time they came they fixed a problem and then a new problem would develop. I wasn't happy with the efficiency of the heating, we had a very high heating bill. So I don't think the system was balanced properly. I didn't have a good experience so I couldn't recommend them.

It went very well, No problems at all.

They are courteous, punctual, and I think they do 24 hour service if memory serves me. I remember we had water in the basement once and we called them at 6:45 in the morning and they were here within 10 minutes. They're really great people.

My daughter had managed to get a small washcloth down the tub drain. The plumber disconnected the pipe in the basement and removed the cloth.

Showed up promptly. And attacked the problem quickly. 3+ months later drain still working flawlessly. Worth every penny

We have an annual contract that ends in Fall. However, the mechanic insisted that it was up for renewal. He also mentioned that AJ Perri is offering 1 year free ( 2 years for the price of 1). I called the company and they mentioned neither information was correct. After he left our heater stopped working. Someone had to come back at night to fix that. Same thing happened during Fall maintenance.

We've had a positive experience with the company. We had a good experience with them. I would use them again in future. He was honest. The plumber was really a good guy.

They were called for a clogged drain. The problem was much larger than that and beyond their scope of service.

Danny Longo was very excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was very proud. They also came the same day I called.

He did a good job. I'm actually going to be calling him to come back out.

I wanted it to get working. They said that I needed to redo the whole thing. I didn’t. It was one part.

CALLED FOR DRAIN CLOG SPECIAL . HE UNCLOGGED DRAIN IN kITCHEN BUT SAID I NEEDED TO CHANGE DRAIN PIPES UNDER SINK FOR $500! I SAID NO THANKS. DRAIN PIPES WORKING FINE SINCE. BE CAREFUL!

It's easy to set up an appointment. They're very clean and careful, the repairs, when made have been great and proper.

The guy was very professional. We had a frozen shower drain (don't ask me how). I thought it was clogged so I called for Perri's services. The person who came to my house was very professional. He tried his tools to clog the drain but he found out that it wasn't clogged, it was FROZEN. He put Morton salt to melt away the ice. It took almost 24 hours for ice to melt, but eventually it was all good. I recommend their services.
