Description of Work: The repairman was punctual and polite. However, he told me that my faucet could not be repaired and proceeded to attempt to sell me a very expensive unit and and very expensive installation charge. In fact, the unit could be repaired. It could also be replaced at a fraction of the AJPerri cost.

Description of Work: I signed up for their service plan to cover two furnaces (and also two AC units and a generator). They came to do the Tune-Up / inspection of the furnace last week. The tech was clearly identifiable as an employee of the company, put on booties before coming in to my home, was thorough in his inspection and answered all my questions as a customer. He went out of his way to inspect something in the crawlspace of my home and identified a problem (I had known about) to be addressed in a future service. Based on my first experience, I would recommend. They packaged a number of services to provide me a good deal and plan to renew with them for many years to come if it all goes this well.

Description of Work: A representative came to our home. He gave us a price for a new air conditioning unit (whole house. Our system was working but was getting old and it was time to replace it. After giving us the price, we told him we would get some additional estimates and get back to him. He became quite angry. He said he was told we needed it done right away. We never said that when we set up the appointment. He was completely unprofessional. After getting other estimates we discovered he was way overpriced.

Description of Work: Gilson was able to get a generator put in place just after Hurricane Sandy came through. Saved our bacon just as the nor'easter poured in. Team was professional and great to work with. Will definitely be working with them again.

Description of Work: Overall the performa ce was good. I feel they were responsive. The reason for having the service was to get read of fleas. It was good for a while but we still have fleas. im away on business and unable to have the operator to return to my house. The fellow was helpfull and offered to go back to my house if needed. Description of Work: we has no heat and the company we usually use did not have the right part from angies list i found aj perri and they came in about 1 1/2 hours so was about 9pm by then very good diagnosing and fixing the problem too they even put shoe covers on was very happy with the overal experience and might have been a bit hi in price, but they came at nite and fixed the problem too

Description of Work: The gas company told us the Hot water heater was not working correctly and we need to call a plumber. I called AJ Perri and they came to the house that evening and said it had to be replaced. They replaced it that night. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Outrageously overpriced. Got a quote for almost three times the market value of plumbing work I needed done. Don't even think of calling this company you'll be flushing your money down the toilet.

Description of Work: In the summer of 2011, an AJ Perry worker inspected our gas heater and air conditioning unit. He said both units needed to be replaced. Otherwise, we might suffer carbon monoxide poisoning during the winter. A salesman visited us and tried to sell us two new units. We told him we had a contract with a public utility, and would check with one of their technicians first. The public utility repairman found everything to be fine. No danger from carbon monoxide poisoning. We therefore rejected the AJ Perry offer, and our unit continues to perform well since then. We rate AJ Perry an "F" because they tried to sell us equipment we didn't need.
