Description of Work: Our central air conditioner had no problems, but we used a coupon to get a check-up. Service man was thorough and knowledgeable. He wrote nice report at completion. We did not want yearly inspections, but we bought next year's inspection because it was a very good price.

Description of Work: Install new furnance and air conditioner. It went fine as usual. I have used AJ Perri for over 15 years. People say the prices are high, but the labor is included and they have done exceptional work for me over the years. I do have the service contract with them and I have called them at 3:00 in the morning and they came and once my air conditioner went on the fritz, it was Memeorial Day weekend with the temperatures an unusual 100 degrees and they came up on a Sunday to install two window units until they could get the part for my air conditioner. They came back to remove the window units, but not unil they were sure that I was completely satisfied that my air condidtioner was working properly. For that kind of serice I don't might paying a little more, if I am because I don't use anyone but AJ Perri.

Mr. Perri sent 2 sialists to check and make sure that it could and would be fixed. The men are very mannerly and know their jobs and they are very clean. Description of Work: They installed my new heating and cooling system 3 years ago.Despite a few flaws after the installation-they fixed all of them in a timely and efficient manner- it turns out that I am very satisfied with the system which is efficient and quiet.Since then, they have come to service whether the heating or cooling devices, always with courtesy, professionalism and punctuality.Their service and parts are costly though but it is worth it.

Description of Work: They came at 8:10am, surprisingly at the beginning of the 8 to 1pm window I was given. The technician was courteous and professional, who came to do the annual A/C maintenance included in my service contract. He found 2 problems with my 12 year old unit, quoted me a price for the replacement of the electrical component and exterior coil cleaning and he completed the work the same morning. | |Parts replacement and labor is always expensive for this type of work, seemingly more expensive than it needs to be, but AJ Perri was reliable and professional about it, more than the company I stopped using. I will use AJ Perri again. | |Other than my slight discomfort about the price, my only other observation on this service visit was they did not call me 30 minutes before coming like they are supposed to do. For an 8:10am arrival that would have been helpful and I told their Service Manager that.
