Description of Work: I originally called A.J. Perri to have a bathroom sink faucet assembly replaced. Having done that, the plumber, Billy, and I walked the entire house for an inspection. I decided to have him replace a malfunctioning toilet and then an ageing water heater. This last item proved to be a very good decision as demonstrated by its much improved performance. All of this was done in one day and in a very professional manner. Even the plumbing inspector complimented the work.

Description of Work: We were very satisfied with the company for a few years -mainly for furnace and a/c maintenance. Last year(2014)we had a problem with water leaking through our furnace- it was found eventually to be coming from a backup of condensate from the a/c. the first tech failed in analyzing the problem and we had to call the company again. the second tech solved the problem

Description of Work: I hesitated on giving the provider an "A" overall because the appointment felt like a sales pitch for their services. I just wanted a furnace check and tune-up, which they performed - but I did not expect to have someone in my house for over 1 hour because I needed to hear about all the other things they could do for me. The check they did was thorough and satisfactory. I would use them again and be prepared next time for the "pitch" so I could allocate the additional time in my schedule.

Description of Work: The service technician performing the drain cleaning was extremely late. However, when he arrived, was very competent, pleasant, and professional. The technician who subsequently came out to perform the camera scoping of the sewer line was abrupt and rude. While I would use the company for drain cleaning in the future (provided I could get them there in a more timely manner) I will never request their camera service again, given the attitude of the technician.

Description of Work: They reviewed the furnace and diagnosed a couple things wrong. They gave a price for replacing the parts, but then suggested that it would be best replacing the entire unit. | |I decided to get a second opinion - the second heating guy came in much lower and indicated that the heating system still had several years left.

Description of Work: AJ Perry installed an new AC unit and furnace almost 6 years ago. Their work is excellent and I maintain a twice a year service contract with them. While their work is quite expensive I trust their work and continued professionalism.
