Description of Work: Cleaned the drain after confrontation back and forth about how he could not loosen a part that was there many yrs ago. With my sons guidance about how to loosen it the job could be completed without any complications. This was a negative experience all around for me and my son.

Description of Work: I purchased a yearly service agreement for my furnance. After the service the metal parts didn't align, and the heating unit didn't work as efficiently. When I called them back, the technician was unable to remove the filter & had to call for help. The furnance still didn't work properly. I called a different provider who said it looked like the filter hadn't been changed in some time. He changed another part and I've been good to go since then.

Description of Work: AJ Perri did a fantastic job on the installation of our new HVAC system. They are very reliable and their quality is great, which is the reason we decided to move forward with them. I found their pricing to be on the very high side though which is why I rated them lower overall.

Description of Work: Replaced 10 Feet of sewer line outside house and all interior cast iron sewer pipes. Job was completed the next day after calling them. They will be back in the spring to repair a damaged lawn sprinkler line at no additional cost.

Description of Work: They did a yearly system check up. However, my system is 6 years old and I do understand that things go wrong and systems need work. I was told by the technician that my system is old and I will need a new system. The technician told me my condenser (the equipment on the outside of the house)was ready to go and A.J. Perri only replaces full systems. Since I have a dual system (heat and air conditioning) I would have to replace both. I felt pressured to have to buy a new system which is $16,000. I like A.J. Perri's technicians because they are very knowledgeable however, to have to replace a system when it is before its time is crazy. I have since cancelled my contract with them and am looking for another vendor.

Description of Work: Their ad said they provide services in Morris county. I live in Morris county, but their operator called after 3 days and said they dont provide services in Morris county and they cannot reimburse my payment. They said to call Angie for reimbursement. What a waste of time and energy.

Description of Work: they did there yearly check up and there guy tried to convince me I needed a new furnace. Thankfully I got a second opinion and there is no need for new furnace. Mine should last another 5 to 6 years. AJ Perri is out to make money however they can watch out and always get other opinions.

Description of Work: The plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job. Of course the service was more involved and brought additional charges where seemed higher than they should be. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Pete who did the work and he was most helpful and understanding.

Description of Work: I have the annual contract w/ AJ Perri for my heating/cooling hvac system. They come in 2x per year to review units for both zones to make sure things are in order. Rather pay a little each year for something that can be very costly to fix down the road if it fails. They are very professional, they make sure they keep things clean (e.g. put on boot covers when enter house) and they are very prompt. It gives me peace of mind by doing regular maintenance....just like a doing it for a car.

Description of Work: Drain pipe for toilet. Horrible don't ever use this company. They lied, showed up late, did a horrible job, then when I called and complained they blamed it on me. Before they did that they spoke to my wife like she was an idiot. The salesman explained one thing to me as far as what the job entailed and what they would be doing then when they were done my concrete patio was destroyed my pavers were breaking apart because of the equipment they used and the shotty, lazy job they did cleaning after they were done. They sent a landscaper who does work for them to my home. He observed what they had done and said it was a big job to fix not some little tiny nothing like they explained.
