Description of Work: As with my furnace inspection, there is ALWAYS a sales pitch following. I'm told my 10 yr old units are too old, inefficient, or I must have a new switch, or thermostat, etc. The service technician provides an "out of the can" cost analysis of the "if you do nothing" scenario as opposed to if I performed the work he recommends. As expected, the analysis "proves" I will save at least the amount of $ I invest over a 5 yr period. Hmmmm...If my units are old and need to be replaced now, why would I want to invest $ to recoup over a 5 yr period? Furthermore, when I inquired about replacing my units, the technician couldn't/wouldn't even give me a ballpark figure! ((What car mechanic doesn't know the approximate price of a new car?) This technician called his office to set up a home analysis appointment to address my needs. All I wanted to know is what kind of $ we were talking about, not have a home analysis. | |What ever happened to, doing what you were hired to do, thank me for my patronage, and saying please call us in the future? I WILL NOT hire Perri in the future because I do not like their constant sales pitches. |
