Description of Work: Dealt with leak from ac unit on second floor and performed scheduled maintenance on both units. The tech was professional, courteous, conscious of cleanliness and did not try to sell me on something I did not need. Leak was fixed without the need for a new unit and the maintenance work was thorough. Although I know that the price charged for the maintenance contract and other services may be high, I have yet to be disappointed with the work performed and the quality of customer service in person or over the phone.

Description of Work: The technician did an excellent job. It started out with fixing a leak in the kitchen sink which required replacement of the entire faucet, then had a leak in half bathroom which required the entire replacement of sink faucets but had to take pedestal off to accomplish that. Finally we had a Kohler shower that started out as a small job and ended up being more extensive. I would use them again but they do not separate labor from cost of replacement parts. Their prices are very high, otherwise I have no complaints about workmanship. I guess I would do competitive shopping first before selecting a provider.

Description of Work: Our central air conditioning unit burned out, it was during that really hot spell we had. We knew we needed a new unit and had heard that AJ Perri was highly rated. When the sales person came to the house he measured the home, checked the duct work, and recommended a unit. The price was a bit higher, by about 1,500$ but the unit came with a 10 year Parts and Service warranty. The gentleman asked if we would for him to lend us two window units as the installers couldn't be for two days. When the installers came to put the new unit into service they were very professional, wore foot covers when they came into our home, and took away the old unit and cleaned up the landscape and sidewalk when they left.
