Description of Work: This visit was part of an air-conditioner maintenance service contract. In all my experiences with AJ Perri I will say that their mechanical abilities, reliability and performance are fine. However, I find that they frequently exaggerate issues in an effort to induce me to perform repair/replacement services well before they are required. They indicate that they are obliged to point out potential defects but go on to suggest that if corrections are not made at the present time the system in question "will not last the season" -- dire predictions which do not materialize. I find this to be a somewhat "high pressure" approach and, as such, I will not use their services in future.

Description of Work: Heat was completely not working. They came and did a fix by triggering our emergency heat which cost about as much via our electricity bill. Had to pay someone else to come out and fix the problem properly

Description of Work: Yearly heater check, clean, and tune. We have 3 units. Everything went great. The two-man crew showed up on time, covered their feet, and promptly went to work.

Description of Work: Responded to fix a natural gas leak. Told me that it would be a very involved and expensive. I looked and suggested an easy way to fix the problem and that's what he did. I have no plumbing experience but I could tell he was padding the bill. They must push their repairmen to sell.

Description of Work: We contacted AJ Perri two years ago due to an issue with our central air conditioner. They were able to solve our problem even though it was due to a power surge. We were pleased with their attitude to" get the problem solved". We have since contracted with them for maintenance on our central air and furnace. Our cost involved a number of parts that needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: Work was great, worker was excellent. A little on the expensive side, but we know they have a guarantee behind their work and are willing to come out and fix anything that went wrong (nothing did go wrong though)

Description of Work: Air conditioning tune-up! It went very well.Their technician was very thorough and professional! I signed up for a tune-up next year!

Description of Work: They cleared a clog drain in my bathroom sink. I had a coupon which they accepted and the technician showed up on time and was professional.
