Description of Work: We had a service contract with AJ Perri and we were happy with their service. They helped fix a small gas leak in our boiler and we're always punctual. | |This past spring they came to service the AC unit. The next day we had a flood from the unit that went into my daughters room. This flood short circuited the overhead light and fire alarm and woke the house at 4 am. |The tech came the next morning and said we needed a new unit and the sales guy would come by. |The sales guy came and long story short gave us a proposal for $14k but had to sign before he left. We were caught off guard by the price and the unwillingness to allow us to get multiple bids. He left and NEVER called us again. That was the last correspondence we've had. | |I'm the mean time we called around got someone out to look at the unit and he fixed it with a $5 piece of plastic pipe. | |Would you call them again? I don't think so.

Description of Work: Unclog the toilet. a bowl cleaner accidentally fell in. They had difficulty getting it out and tried to gauge me on the price of a new toilet. They eventually used a pump and was able to dislodge the cleaner.
