Description of Work: regular service on a steam boiler. Arranged to have them come back again next year. All work done cleanly and promptly.

Description of Work: Yearly contract which included 2 seasonal tune ups. Parts were extra and expensive and always seemed to be needed. Labor charges were high. We were a customer for 11+ years. Received an unpleasant letter from their accounting dept demanding payment for $45.00, which wasn't requested at time of service as was customary. After 11 years as a customer, the letter reflected poor customer service. I have a copy of that letter and my reply. |

Description of Work: They replaced a broken hot water heater and replaced all attached pipes, also fixed a pipe that was leaking.

Description of Work: I had a leak under the sink .. AJ Perri came home .. Late.. and gave me a $$$ quote for all kinds of fixes .. He went into the bathroom (not leaking) without asking and came up with all kinds of issues in the bathroom and quote for that too (unasked) |Finally husband came and work was done for less than a fourth of his quote ... Eventually found out from another plumber highly recommended by several neighbors that I still paid too much.. Very shady ... Will never recommend

Description of Work: Maintain the furnace ready for the winter. Seda was the best.

Description of Work: I got a package deal to clean the furnace and the A/C. The furnace was cleaned in the Fall of 2014 which was fine. The problem came when they tuned my A/C. Never had to touch it before. The service man put 2LBS of freeon. A few weeks later the A/C blew hot air. The fuse on the outside of the house broke all of a sudden I was told!! The service man kept telling me I needed to change my A/C system and even setup an appointment for a whole brand new system to be priced out for my space. I canceled that appointment. Another service man was sent out to fix what was broken, why was that I wonder?! Needless to say I am apprehensive to use A.J. Perri after that experience. I have not and most likely will not use A.J. Perri in the future.

Description of Work: New heating system in upper floor zone. They do lots of work for me and I find them very reliable and knowledgeable, although a bit pricey. But one gets what one pays for, and in Perri's case, they are well worth it.

Description of Work: Fall maintenance service on furnace. They were here even earlier than promised. They always do a very good job. They are well trained and very neat - even wear booties!

Description of Work: Maintain heating and cooling system. Their service has always been outstanding. The technicians are very friendly and know what they are doing. Have been using their services for 15 years.

Description of Work: Serviced the furnace for winter. They ALWAYS USE to wear booties when entering the house but the last 2 times they came they did not. It was a nice courtesy when they would wear booties into our home.

Description of Work: Sewer line clogged, went great

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. It went very well. There was an issue with the house water shut off valve and they facilitated the work with the water company to shut the water off so they could replace the valve. All up, a very customer friendly job.
