Description of Work: We contacted AJ Perri two years ago due to an issue with our central air conditioner. They were able to solve our problem even though it was due to a power surge. We were pleased with their attitude to" get the problem solved". We have since contracted with them for maintenance on our central air and furnace. Our cost involved a number of parts that needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: Drain clog. They ran snake for a long time in the basement and could not unclog the drain. Then they said they had to remove the basement toilet to get to the clog. The price went from $99 to I believe $285 for this. They unclogged part of the drain for a few days, but the main clog remained. They also didn't replace the seal at the bottom of the toilet and I have had to shut it off and will need a new seal. I wound up calling another company who immediately saw the main clog from outside and permanantly unclogged it.

Description of Work: I had several experiences with them over the years most good but the last visit was bad. I had a contract for maintenance and they came by for their yearly which turned into a request for payment of $3000. When called I had to wait for a response then was told that I was out of contract so that was the price unless I want to pay for a new contract. So I did not re-new and went with a new company.

Description of Work: First off, I just want to say that it's a bit creepy that I was contacted regarding this repair without using Angie's list. With that being said, I have a service agreement with them for my boiler and A/C unit. I discovered that my boiler was leaking and since this happened within the 30 days of my general boiler service, they came out and fixed the issue, free of charge. Turns out that a nut was lose and needed tightening.
