Description of Work: They found a leak and charged us without fixing because the price was exorbitant |But they charged us close to $500 anyway

Description of Work: I call for cleaning stoppage in kitchen line technician told they are not able to clean because my line was might me break we will send you technician for camera inspection. He told me my under ground pipeline break and he gave estimate $20000.00. I call different company they snake and my kitchen line working fine still.so I never trust this company they just selling his product.

Description of Work: I have been using AJ Perri for about 3 years and i get the annual maintenance agreement that covers 2 visits. In spring, they come out to do annual maintenance on my 2 A/C systems and in Fall, they do annual maintenance on my 2 furnaces. Today's visit was superb. My tech, David F, was great. I stayed with him as we got talking right away when he arrived. Just a really nice guy and he's been doing this work for 25 years or so. I can tell he was experienced. He actually took the time to show me what he was doing while he was doing it and explained why. I feel really good about spending this money to protect my investments in heating/cooling. I would prefer if could pay something like half now and half later rather than all up front, but whatever. Their service is great and every tech i have interacted with seems just as good as the one before, but Dave was exceptionally good. I renewed my annual contract with them today and plan to use them for any heating/cooling maintenance needs in the future.

Description of Work: overcharge for parts and work in home by 315 dollars.

Description of Work: Service rep arrived on schedule to do contracted annual maintenance on heater. He said a part needed to be replaced (covered under warranty)and it had to be ordered. Next day Perri called and scheduled follow up service. A new rep came to finish service. He spent 3 and 1/2 hours trying to complete work....it didn't happen. He told me part didn't fit and he fixed old piece so everything was ok. I called Perri to complain and they immediately took care of problem by sending out a professional employee who completed service. Been with Perri a long time; they took care of situation in a professional manner and I am satisfied.

Description of Work: Basically they sold me something (2 toilets) that I didn't need. I've been told that the old toilet flushing assembly could have been replaced without replacing the entire toilet. They did respond quickly when I called to let them know that the toilets weren't flushing properly. I will be calling them again to get the toilets flushing properly.

Description of Work: Responded to fix a natural gas leak. Told me that it would be a very involved and expensive. I looked and suggested an easy way to fix the problem and that's what he did. I have no plumbing experience but I could tell he was padding the bill. They must push their repairmen to sell.
