Description of Work: Replaced gas heating unit, AC, water boiler. Work began on time, there were enough people to finish it in 4-5 hours, they came and went to and from the house very carefully and neatly (it was a rainy day), they were polite and good with explanations. They were extremely helpful afterwards when there was a problem with the inspectors even coming to do the inspection because of some earlier work on a totally different problem that Perri had nothing to do with. Perri looked at that work, did some paperwork, and got the inspectors to make an appointment. |Don't know how to rate the price. They were competitive. And I'm not competent to rate the relative quality of the equipment. Competitors pushed other manufacturers, and I can't judge. The quality of the work was superior.

Description of Work: I contracted the AJ Perri company to replace my AC and Furnance. I conducted much research and spoke with various vendors. I decided on AJ Perri because they handled the entire install and they guarantee their work for a longer period than other companies. The price was not the lowest but felt I had piece of mind. There were some hiccups with my installation but AJ Perri stayed with me throughout the resolution process. I found their entire staff to be helpful, courteous and responsive.

Description of Work: repaired a leak coming from the bathroom above the kitchen. There were two small leaks. The plumber saw one and repaired it, and had to come back a second time when we noticed there was still a slow leak from the other source.

Description of Work: This was for a plumbing problem and they had to come back (no charge). I do use them for twice yearly furnace maintenance and that seems to work out well. I do think they are more expensive but they do a great job !

Description of Work: Had to fix a leaky tub faucet. Work completed in less than a half hour.

Description of Work: Replaced pilot light gas valve on older furnace. They completed the job satisfactorily but getting the part took long. I spent one very cold night in a home without heat. Labor costs are very high.

Description of Work: New furnace installation. We are now toasty warm. Fellows were here on time (a bit early even, but they waited until appt time, which was 8 AM...just in case.) Everything left tidy.
