Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They provided all the information on rebates and helped us apply. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: They are the service provider on our heating and a/c system. Our new home came with a year left on their service contract. We have had them in on three occasions for maintenance. They were timely and generous with information as to how our system runs and how we could manage it. We did purchase an accessory to the system which they installed. We are quite pleased with the service personnel as well as the support staff in setting appointments and clearing up any questions regarding charges.

Description of Work: They replaced the air conditioner and air handler. It's the best unit we have ever had. They say it should last more than 10 years. The last units lasted less than 4 years. We are near the ocean and the salt air is very corrosive.

Description of Work: They Performed routine yearly maintenance.They send you a flyer that it's free but after they do the work they charge you and tell you that the payment is to cover next year's maintenance check. I told them about an intermittent problem where the furnace woulk not go when the therm. called for heat.When they finally diagnosed the problem( I think it was the second or third vist)their tech said it was the motor that blew the exhaust gasses out the flue.He said the part alone was $800 and that he would rush the orde to ensure we had heat. I never heard from him again. When the part failed completely I called another outfit. Their tech concurred that it was the motor but that the condensation tray was faulty and that what was causing the motor to fail. He then went the extra step and made some calls and found out the unit was still under warranty and the parts were covered. He picked up the parts the same day but had some trouble installing them. The furnace would make a loud whistle when turned on. He got the parts supplier to bring new parts to my house and help him install them. |

Description of Work: I don't remember the date or cost. They pulled up vertical a row of yews that ice and snow had bent about a 45 degrees, saving all of the plants. |I will use Perri again.

Description of Work: Good work. They came out to repair the work of another company I had hired originally and they are great! They wanted to make sure everything was done correctly.
