Description of Work: I had a clogged sewer lone. They used a camera to find where there were tree roots causing the clog and removed the roots with high pressure water. Further analysis showed that my sewer line to the street was crumbling. They replaced the sewer line from the house to the street and put in cutouts in the event that roots again intruded. They were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Bottom line, you get what you pay for. |Without going into too many details, I will just say that we went through a few plumbing companies trying to diagnose and correct a very disturbing problem we had ( a reoccurring sewage smell in our home) right after purchasing our house and no one could help us. They either could not figure it out or did not want to help us. We were at our wits end. We had read the reviews about how costly using AJ Perri could be but they had a 100% guarantee so we went with it. It did take four visits with different technicians before our issue was completely resolved but they would not stop until they made it right and at no additional charges. They were always friendly, professional, understanding and sympathetic for what we were going through. They sat with us and explained in great detail what we needed to have done, the cost and the guarantees. Where many companies have 12 month guarantees, our is for 20 years. They eased our minds with their 0% 12 month financing. They did their work in the least invasive way possible and totally protected the work area with plastic. Even though they had to jack hammer through a tile floor there was no dust when they removed the plastic. They worked in a very tight crawl space. After 7 months of living this nightmare I can finally love my new home and not be embarrassed to have guests. Description of Work: They ripped me off. Toilet bowl tank was leaking through flapper. Loose chain was holding up flapper.They changed parts inside tank and water valve. Told me to change flapper. I realized the chain was getting under the flapper.I reduced the length of the chain and all was good.Live and learn.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate to repair my air-conditioner. They incorrectly diagnosed it and told me I needed an entire new unit. I brought someone in 3 hours later connected a loose wire and fixed it for $50.

They are very professional and wear booties when doing the service. Their business cards have their pictures on them which I like. Customer service is top notch.
