Nick and Matt plastered the ceiling, and replaced an old radiator water control valve. The ceiling looks as good as new, and there's no leaking from the radiator.

These guys do terrific work, offer cost-effective solutions, and go the extra yard. We have hired them multiple times because they are versatile, do top notch work, and you can trust them. Can't ask for more these days. Will recommend them to friends and family.

Nick and Matt did an amazing job. My new kitchen is big, brite and elegant. I got new cabinets, granite counter, tile floor, stainless steel appliances and new windows. My new kitchen looks so beautiful!

Perfect. Nick and Matt came to give me a full estimate of the work with two tiers (one being a shower kit install and another of custom tiling). We went for the shower kit because we were short on time (we had a family member coming to live with us the following wee and wanted the shower job to be done fast!) they were super responsive on calls and text. They came fully prepared with all their tools on time every day for an estimated 3 day job. On the 3rd day, they cleaned up the work space and also came for a 4th day to ensure everything was properly glued and sanded for the edges of the shower. I can't express how great they were in their courtesy and professionalism. I never had to supervise them as they were trustworthy and very friendly. They also value the homeowners input on the aesthetic of the install to make sure the showerhead was installed at the proper height and gave advice on the shower curtains and rod that I would need to complete the shower. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Nick and Matt are very friendly and easy to work with. They did a very good job. They transformed our cramped upstairs bathroom into a bright modern space. They also widened the doorway of the closet in my son's bedroom.

Matt and Nick build an outside bar and kitchen for us with a steel frame, concrete top and wooden sides. It looks awesome and they have been a pleasure to work with as always. This is the third project that we have done with them and they are always flexible, professional etc. I am sure we will hire them again next year for something new. Definitely recommend!

Pleasure to work with this company. I think they did a great job, were punctual and worked very hard. They offered creative ideas and worked within budget. Nick and Matt have a lot of experience and knowledge. Easy to reach Nick via text message. Always responds promptly. You should definitely let them give you a quote on your project. Performed a gut renovation of a dilapidated one bedroom coop. I did some of the removal--carpeting, kitchen cabinets, etc. I also performed the painting. They did a complete kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, drywall installation (over old), rewiring with additional circuits, new doors and closet doors, and refinishing of hardwood floors throughout the unit. The unit is old with lots of uneven walls and surfaces, old wiring, messed up plumbing, etc. They did an exceptional job. The tiling was top notch. The kitchen proved to be complicated but was done extremely well. They were communicative and easy to work with and were effective at solving problems as they arose. This kind of work in a coop takes time to complete, but they worked quickly.

When it comes to renovating the kitchen in an old home there are always many things to consider. This is the reason you need the right guys in your corner. Matt and Nick coordinated nicely with my town for the new electrical, gas and plumbing changes. Beyond the ascetics of my lovely new kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, granite, and excellent tile work, I’m happy to know that all the things you can’t see are properly in place. I don’t need to go into all the details about the quality of work, professionalism, and flexibility because it’s the reason I keep going back to them. Matt and Nick have done multiple updated in my old two family home and this is the second kitchen. I like having them on my side and have come to regard them as friends.

They were very clean, professional and very funny at the same time. Nick and Matt are pleasure to be around . Like I mentioned in my previous reviews, I will have my kitchen redone with Green Gable, for sure. It took me long time to find these guys and I'm very happy to have found them.

I got a quote regarding a small kitchen remodeling from Nick, who is the one of the partner of the company. He came in time and provided me a detailed quote with a text message. Since I was shopping around with other contractors, I had to wait for 20 days and called Nick back and informed him that I want them to start the project as soon as possible. However, they told me that since I did not inform them immediately, they got other projects and they cannot start my project before August 15. Even the second partner of this company came to see the bathroom and confirmed what Nick told me. I found this reasonable since I waited 20 days after Nick gave me the quote. Later on , Nick told me that he will send his plumber to take a look at the bathroom. But this plumber repeatedly delayed his coming and took another 3 weeks for him to come and see the place. It was already August 15 and they did not start the project as I was promised. Furthermore, after the plumber visit, Nick told me that they increase the first quote by 1600 dollars since the plumber asking more money!!!! ( they actually gave the quote including everything). I again explained the Nick that we already agreed on the price and I was expecting them to come and start the project. Well, he said he will send another plumber and they came and looked the bathroom on August 23.( still nobody showed up for starting the project). And the date that I am writing this comment is September 9, 2016, and this unprofessional company never ever contacted me to start the project or tell me that they will never come. Very unprofessional service.

Nick and Matt are great! They were able to jump on our project quickly, were professional throughout the process and were helpful and thoughtful with decisions and process. When demo was completed, that night we realized that our hot water was down to a trickle because of ancient valves that finally went caput on our hot water heater. Both Nick and Matt came by that night at 9pm, raced to Home Depot before it closed to get new valves, installed them and were gone by 11pm. That is not something just any contractor would do. After that episode, I had full faith that they would realize the vision we had for our project, and we are thrilled with our refreshed half bath! We would def use them for our upcoming projects. Matt and Nick were great to work with. from demolition to the finishing touches It was a great experience, beyond my expectations.

We had already worked with Matt and Nick before on our Guest Bathroom, and they continued to be a pleasure to work with. Also for these jobs: reasonable in price, very flexible, dedicated, clean and precise. We have an older home that is not staight at all and they did a great job tiling the new shower and around the bath. It took some extra time as we had very thick tiles that were hard to cut, but they were done within our deadline. Will definitely use them again.

After a bad experience with our previous contractor, it was such a pleasure to work with these guys! Nick and Matt are responsive, neat (always put sheets on the floor, cleaned everything), reasonable in price, they take great pride in the quality of work. They made sure that we were happy every stage of the project and if there was a hick up they went above and beyond to fix it. Not only do they deliver, but they are truly a pleasure to have around. We will be using them in the very near future for our other bathroom.

My microwave of 11 years died and we needed to replace it. When looking at our space a little closer, we realized that we would like an outside vent. The last one had an internal vent that came back into the house. They picked up on the first try and gave me a rough estimate of a few hundred dollars which is what was expected. They came by a few days later to give an estimate. They said $300 and we agreed to the next day. They were prompt on both days and completely professional and easy going at the same time. I thought initially that we would have to go through brick, but they suggested that we go through the flashing since it lined up perfectly. The end result is perfect, it looks like a hidden outdoor speaker. The cleanup was great, looks as good or better then when they came. They were also able to do a few adjustments to my dishwasher on the trip that really helped out. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely hire them in the future.

Green Gables came in with an estimate that was very reasonable compared to the other estimates that I received. They listened to what I needed and then were detailed in what they would do. It seemed like they got here, jumped in to doing the work and wanted to work till they finished. I liked that they were very careful in protecting the space around them and seemed to care about the work they were doing. I would certainly use them again.

We are most satisfied with the high quality of the work & friendliness. We were also very happy with how accommodating Matt & Nick were. They did an exceptional job and were wonderful. I was very pleased to have them complete the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The work was completed in the prescribed time with good quality. The project management was good, and that's typically the key thing to a good job.

I used them many times before, on a previous house that I owned. Adrian always went above and beyond, to make sure that everything went smoothly, and according to my wishes. Very happy with the work / quality/ price and the fact that communication was given top priority. That is, for me, the most important thing, when working with a contractor. Nick and Matt are two highly skilled professionals that will get the job done to your liking. I?ve had them remodel two ancient bathrooms and one bedroom so far. I had ideas of what I wanted but had problems with design specifics. I found Nick in particular to be very helpful in this regard. He was great in giving me guidance on what works and what doesn?t. Matt strength is his level of skill and creativity. Together, there simply isn?t anything that they can?t do. They helped me get to my vision at a very reasonable price. I?m very happy with the two heavy cast iron tubs & vanity installs along with all the floor & subway wall tiling, crown molding, pocket door & closet framing, window & exterior side door installation and the many custom requests that I pulled out of the sky. They?re great guys that are easy to talk to, respectful, flexible, and trustworthy. The demolition, debris removal, installs and finish work was all done in a reasonable time frame and I?m happy. I will be using them for my kitchen update.

Nick and Matt were extremely professional, respectful, and accommodating of our tight budget to redo our 1970s kitchen. They helped us to locate quality, yet budget-friendly materials to give us a beautiful new kitchen. They gutted and installed new floors, ceiling, cabinets, countertops, backsplash and windows in less than 3 weeks! They even custom-made an island to fit into our small space. Nick and Matt were also very tidy and didn't leave a trace of debris behind once they were finished. We were so pleased with their professional and budget-friendly work, that we've since had them install additional windows in our house and will definitely have them back for other jobs.

They were very polite and effective throughout the entire job. Very professional and everything installed/renovated turned out great. They arrived right on time and finished the entire project within the timeframe I gave them. They even went with me to Home Depot and make sure that they only used the materials I wanted for the job. The price I was quoted was fair and the final price I paid, no hidden or sneaky fees. I will certainly be using their services again and encourage anyone in need of needs contracting services to get in contact with them.
