Everything went great, Nick reached out the same day and stopped by that afternoon to survey the job and gave a quote. He set a time the following morning and showed up prompt and ready to go. I live out of state and had to work with Nick remotely to remodel the bathroom and part of the kitchen of our rental property. Nick gave me a very reasonable quote and timeline. He worked tirelessly to get the job done in time, often going out of his way to pick up and return merchandise for me from Home Depot or Lowes. Although I was not onsite, he sent me updates with pictures on a regular basis, so I was able to rest easy with peace of mind, never once having to chase him down. He gave several suggestions to improve the property and advised some ways to be cost-effective. In the end, everything turned out great and looked fantastic. With his help, I was able to secure a new tenant right away at a much higher rental price than I was getting before the remodel. The overall experience with the bathroom remodel was excellent. Nick was amazing throughout the process. He explained what exactly needed to be done, was always on time and very fair in his quotes/pricing. There will always be unforeseen issues during a job and this project was no different. Over the w/e there was a leak due to old plumbing, Nick was there within minutes and help stop the leaking before any serious damage was done. He coordinated with his plumber quickly to resolve the issue. I definitely plan to use him on future projects and highly recommend him.

Nick went above and beyond and identified and addressed issues he noticed, when working on our project to replace and/or repair the bathroom ceiling and wall required due to water damage. He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage. If Nick noticed some issue/concern, he mentioned it and offered to resolve it. Also, Nick patched drywall cracks and holes along the ceiling/wall living room and in a hallway closet and living room wall, and everything looks so much better. He provides excellent craftsmanship and is a trustworthy source for advice and insight to various home projects. I have already sought Nick for work in addition to what I had initially planned, and I will contact him for future projects. He is also very generous in helping to pick-up the vanity/sink for the bathroom project. Fortunately, I found a handyman/contractor that I can trust and depend who is reasonable, knowledgeable, personable and willing to be flexible with his schedule on which is very rare.

nick did a phenomenal job on the backsplash. He took off the existing tile, fixed the sheetrock where necessary and put glass tile on the backsplash. It's gorgeous and it makes the kitchen really special. He also took apart a custom closet and put elements of it into a second closet, plus added doors to the closet. Everything was clean was he left.

Just excellent!! There are not enough stars really. Nick was amazing. He was professional, punctual, friendly, clean and priced fairly. He came in, set up his stuff and got to work. Job took over 2 weeks. However, overall finished product is great. I'm happy and satisfied to see my new bathroom.

Great people to work with. Came on time, did the work well and followed up a couple times afterwards to check in. Price was reasonable and they were careful and thoughtful in estimating to make sure that unneeded work wasn't done. Also made a referral for another piece of work as they felt a specialty firm would be better able to meet my needs.

Went very well. The work was originally planned for early 2020. Then the pandemic happened. I told Nick that we were going to hold off on the project. Nick was very understanding. We kept in touch and finally did the kitchen this year. I now have a very nice kitchen.

They never showed up and never called to say they were not coming.

The project went smooth, the guys worked hard and consistently to get the job done in a timely manner coordinating with other parts of the job, electric and plumbing. Overall very good work for a very competitive price. I would recommend and use them again.

Everything went perfect. Nick is top professional, very reliable and pleasant to work with. My back steps and railing got badly damaged due to last storm. Nick came right away and rebuild them very quickly . Very nice job. A week later, the exhaust fan in one of my bathrooms went bad. To make things worse I noticed a leak in the ceiling. Needless to say, I called Nick, and he came right away, took care of the exhaust and repaired my ceiling. I was impressed how quick and clean he was. But this is why I hired Green Gable. Nick provided the estimate, and sent his men over within two days of calling him, that makes a customer very happy, the men where very respectful, and neat, will call nick again for future repairs.
