 + -1 moreThey should not be listed as refrigerator repair company, since they cant use refrigerant. They should tell us in advance and they should not have charged me. Since the refrigerator needed refrigerant gas.
Description of Work: They came, but they were not equipped to do the work; they just recommended another company to do the work. They were not authorized to use refrigerant.

 + -1 moreThe job went very well. My double wall oven is very old (pre 1966) and Nicky offered to check the availability of parts for me before coming to the house and charging for a service call. He obtained the parts (for a lower price than I was quoted by the manufacturer), scheduled service promptly, arrived on time, brought a helper, and completed the job in a professional and timely fashion. His pricing for labor was also very fair, and I would definitely call him again for future appliance repair needs.
Description of Work: Installation of new broiler and bake elements in top of a double wall oven and calibration check of temperature levels in both ovens.

 + -1 moreCalled Berco several times over three day period before he returned call. Told me he could not come for two more days because he was overbooked. This could be excused because of heavy rains during the period resulting in many flooded basements resulting in appliance breakdowns in our area.
Description of Work: Dishwasher water inlet solenoid valve had to be replaced.
