Description of Work: We purchased and installed a new AC unit though them.They were incredible! They were thorough and exceptional to work worth. They also gave us an excellent deal.

Description of Work: Our 17-year old hot water heater did not make it through our power outage and we needed a new one. I called on a Saturday, they came out on Monday and we had a new hot water heater on Tuesday morning. Everything was done very professionally.

Description of Work: Marco repaired my steam heat/boiler/radiators. Experienced, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great experience.

Description of Work: This was the most recent time we used Long Lane and it was the 2nd time they repaired our refrigerator. Although they sell appliances, neither time did they enourage me to buy a new one, even though I could have been easily persuaded. Six years ago they repaired a washer for us and 4 years ago we bought a stove from them. We first used them because they were tied to a home services policy with our realtor. We have continued to use them because of the quality of their service and the fact that they are just nice people. The only reason I didn't rate them excellent on price was because I didn't shop around.

Description of Work: Had them replace a bathtub drain a year ago. The overflow connector they put on did not seal. So when my wife took a bath, 10 gallons of water leaked into my dining room ceiling and down the walls into the basement. Long lane came out, said they did everything up to code, and told me to file a claim on my homeowners insurance. Thank goodness for homeowners insurance! Overall NOT impressed by these guys - but my situation could just be an outlier. Either way, never using them personally again.
