They provided the service I was looking for at a reasonable price. The left the area clean just like it was before they got there.

At 7:30 am the man was at the door. This was my second time using Focus HVAC and it was the same person who came. He quickly identified the problem as an ignition switch. He had the part on him and quickly had it replaced. I think by about 8 am he was done. The cost of the service I guess is reasonable. I don't know what it is supposed to cost. But I like the fact that I got a real person, had the option of having them come out right away or using the deal the next day and then best of all, was there right on time, with the parts necessary to fix the problem. Just a note about my previous interaction with this company. My heat exchanger was destroyed. It was something that was going to need to be ordered. He suggested that it might still be under warranty. Of note here, this is not the company that put the unit in. He patiently waited while I found the original paperwork and tried calling them. This was late in a Friday, so he took the number and called when the manufacturer was open. I ended up only having to pay for the labor and while it was still pricey, it was better than having to pay for a new part. He definitely went the extra mile then and that's what made me call them again this time. The other thing that I thought was nice was the fact the personnel was the same, so it doesn't look like there is a lot of turnover or inexperienced people working for them. While I hope nothing goes wrong again with my heater, if it does, I would definitely call Focus again.

Expensive but necessary air conditioning repair by a very professional company. On one of the hottest days of the year he arrived as he promised late at night. I can't say much more than that he was correct and prompt when needed.

I did have them come back and I was very pleased. They had a product that seals the inside of the air conditioning unit and I contracted for that. We typically use it for government installations but I wanted to have it and I've been very pleased ever since. I thought they were a little expensive. I would consider using them again.

He is extremely prompt! Showed up on time & is really good! It was expensive but the work was very good. I am very pleased!

July 8th was one of the hottest days of the year and we were sweltering because the central air system wasn't working. Technician Brett arrived ahead of schedule after calling us first to make sure we were home. Brett went straight to work & quickly diagnosed and replaced the start capacitor with one he had in stock on his truck. He tested the unit & put everything back together in less than a half hour, cheerfully processed a credit card payment and was on his way without trying to sell us a contract or additional services. It's now September and we've stayed cool the rest of the summer. Brett & his company restored my faith in humanity!

Service guy came right on time. Gave me a running update on what was going on. Kept taking work boots off and on, even though he was just passing through the laundry room from the basement to the backyard. The person who took my info the night before gave me some good advice to expedite things. When I told him about some frost on a pipe on the inside unit. He advised me to shut down everything and thaw everything. Otherwise the service guy may not be able to work on anything yet. Everything is cool, (Literally).? They have my vote.

They were professional and showed up on time. My init stopped working and they repaired a part and had me up and running in no time.

They were honest and saved us a lot of money. I would really recommend them to other members.

John from Focus HVAC came to my house for a diagnostic check on a Saturday after I called Focus HVAC for service. He did completely check and identified the issue with the furnace. On Monday he followed the service and ordered the part which was used for replacing the old one. The entire service was very smooth, and problem was fixed. John did excellent job and he would like to recommend him to whoever needs furnace in Camden NJ area.

A previous repair person, the actual installer of our HVAC system, came out to service our A/C as it had stopped blowing cold. He was unfriendly and ultimately, unsuccessful in trying to repair the unit. After much review of Angie's list to find a new company, I called Focus. To be honest, I had nothing to go on but the Angie's list reviews. (which may or may not be accurate given that my previous repair guy had all "A"'s). Bob from Focus and a trainee showed up within 2 hours of my call to their shop. He was super friendly and got right to it. He diagnosed the issue as a miswired part (the part that the previous guy replaced), rewired it and the air works great now. I honestly wish these guys did plumbing too because I would love to call them for everything. What a painless experience! If you're undecided, call these folks?you will be happy. (well, as happy as having your HVAC repaired can make you). :)

Found issue with electric supply. Fixed it on the spot. Worked the price with me so i did not have to invoke my home warranty. The home warranty company wanted me to use a different contractor that I had used in the past that performed poorly, so Focus helped me on price. I think they are respectable and professional, and I have had no issues with my A/C since they fixed it.

This company is wonderful. I found them here on Angie's List and they were able to come out the same day that I called. The technician was very professional and polite and he was able to fix our AC very inexpensively that same day. I would highly recommend Focus HVAC!

iThis is the best "Angie's Deal" that I have ever bought. John was out within 3 hours of the time I called. He was very professional. He thought he knew what the problem was within minutes of his arrival. He checked numerous other things that it could have been to rule them out. He fixed the problem and the price was so reasonable! I have been gouged by previous Angie's list "Deals". And was happily surprised with the cost. I heard a new noise coming from the vent and i called the next day and again he was here in a timely manner, found the cause (a loose hanging wire) fixed it and put in a new air filter at no extra charge. Kudos to John and FOCUS.

EXcellent customer service!!! There was some discrepancy in pricing which was reported to the owner who immediately fixed. Overall I would recommend Focus HVaC and would use again. Awesome service

Awesome! They came on the same day as called which was a Saturday and then returned as promised.

It's been a while since this happened and I'm not sure of the exact date without pulling out the receipt. I just happened upon this review page while logging in to research flooring, but in all honesty, the impression I came away with is that FOCUS HVAC is a down-to-earth truly "family run" business. They are are earnestly trying to make a living while offering the very best service they can. I am a single parent and price is VERY important to me. Yes, I paid more than the Angie's list inspection and one service or whatever deal I paid $59 for but they were very fair, thorough and in the end my 30+ year old system (that they could have said needed replaced and I'd have believed them) only needed a simple cleaning and tune-up. FOCUS was honest, direct and HUMAN. I actually went back and looked for their business card so that I wouldn't lose it. That's pretty amazing coming from me!!.

Called the company first thing Saturday morning, and they were able to have someone out within an hour of my call. The techs were very professional during the visit, and willing to answer any questions I had. Also they didn't seem to mind me looking over their shoulder to see what was wrong with my furnace. As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions on the furnace and issues it could be having. This was the 2nd company I called out to fix the furnace. The 1st company, I used a $30 angies list half hour diagnosis special. The vendor came out and gave me an estimate of $500-600 saying my gas valve needed to be replaced. FOCUS was able to clean my burners, so the gas would flow to the pilot and like magic, the furnace started up. I look forward to calling FOCUS to help start/tune up my A/C unit in the summer. Great service, Great technicians, and Great price.

John is very knowledgeable and polite. After the AC install he even came out to trouble shoot the computer controlled digital thermostat I installed later on (I connected the red thermostat wire to wrong terminal) and he did not charge me for the trip. I also had him replace a blown out fuse for the AC unit at my office at a reasonable charge. The AC is running good and I'm very happy with the install (knock on the wood). :-)

My system (aircon) upstairs stopped working. John came out, assessed the issue and determined that a relay burned out. He had to order the part but conducted a temporary fix that restored air until he could come back and install the relay. It took a few days but John called and setup the repair appointment, promptly arrived, and installed the part. FOCUS is the only company I'll call for future HVAC system issues. Thanks John, you did a great job!!

The gents showed up on time and ready to-go. professionalism, excellent knowledge and very courteous. love this company. I will be calling on them to do additional work. I highly recommend using these people.

Called Focus in the morning and they sent a tech out the same afternoon who fixed the problem.

They told me politely that they don't service my area.

The guys were very prompt and very professional. The price was excellent (part of it was covered by my homeowner warranty, but even if I didn't have a warranty, the price was very good). They were quick, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I had alot of confidence in them, and they surpassed my expectations. I'll be using them again in the future, for sure.
