Description of Work: My heater would not turn on although the thermostat was set. They came out the next day which was a Friday. He was willing to come later in the day based on my work schedule. He was on time. The man checked out my system and quickly found a hole in the burner. Even though it was 12 years old and Focus was not the installer he said he would see if any of it was under warranty. The manufacturer was closed and he said he would let me know on Monday. The part was under warranty so I only had to pay for the labor. Much nicer than the couple thousand it would have been if the part was included. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The person who came out answered all my questions nicely. I would definitely consider using them again.
