Very efficient...Responded to my call qukickly and performed the service as promised and gave me extra keys...

Our front door lock was jammed. We couldn't open it from the inside, only the outside with the key in the lock. I call Seth and he told me when he could come. He showed up right on time. He looked at the lock made a temporary fix but told me it would need to be replaced soon. It was worn and would soon break all together. I asked him to replace it. He took measurements and told me he would be back in two days. Again he showed up when he said he would. He replace the lock, cleaned up after himself and gave me five keys. I would definitely use him again.

he came quickly and worked quickly. He changed the part where the key goes and gave us new keys. I thought it was a little expensive but he was nice, friendly, efficient and complete.

The entire job went smoothly. Seth showed up on time and worked very quickly and accurately. The keys worked in all of the locks, so the results were on the whole perfect. I had a great experience with A-OK Locksmiths and will call on them again if the need arises!

Excellent work - changed all locks, we got extra keys w/ a coupon from Angie's list. Locks work great, no scratches / damage to the doors or door handles.

Initially, he seemed responsive and said he was OK doing a job in Bergen County. After emailing photos of he doors and existing lock sets (which he requested), it took him several days to get back to me with follow up questions and eventually an estimate. After I inquired about purchasing additional locks for other parts of the house, he said he was too busy to help me and that he's booked for the next 6 weeks. Basically, he wasted a week of my time. Not "A-OK" with me.

Seth came out the same day I called. The work was all well-executed and everything is functioning.

Today our front door just would not unlock. Called Seth at about 11:00AM, very personable. Seth was driving but pulled over to take my info and set an appointment for 1:30 Seth showed up at 1:20, we were all set by around 2:30 Good experience, seems like a good guy too

I went with this provider based on reviews I read on Angies List. I had no problem scheduling the appointment and the specialist, Seth, arrived right on time. He was very professional and worked efficiently. He gave me a fair price quote up front before he started any work. When he did not have a special part he needed to change one of the locks because it is not a common lock, he went to get it and did not request payment until he came back and the job was completed. I previously called another local locksmith to look at a lock that was not working and they charged $55 just to come 2.5 miles to the house even though no work was performed. I would definitely use A-OK Locksmiths again.

I called Seth on Thursday and he was able to set up an appointment on Saturday at 10:00am. He arrived on time & worked quickly & neatly. He changed our 2 locks and put a lock on the garage for us in an hour. He did a great job.

Seth came the same day as our call and he was on time (early actually). he fixed our problem and replaced our lock mechanism. It was more than we had expected to spend, but we didn't know that there was actually something broken when we called. We now have a nice new lock, lever, deadbolt that works well.

Dean from A-OK Locksmiths was great. He showed up, gave me an estimate on what I had requested and gave me some options. He was able to stay and do the work. Just the ability for him to deliver the service was prompt.
