Fantastic! Very prompt, professional and did great job on very short notice.

He was super helpful and easy to deal with and charged less than others and still did a wonderful job. I had 3 locks changed, 1 door fixed and a garage door re-coded. What added more to the cost was how far I was from his location.

It didn't. At 1:30 on Saturday, he said he's closed for the day.

They were very good. I called them, they went out, did the job, and they sent me a bill. I talked to them on the phone for two seconds and he was great.

It turns out that the door frame had settled and thus, the lock was slighly out of kilter with the lock plate (not really sure if that is the correct term....). Seth was out the next day and spent less than a half hour drilling and replacing the plate. Now the lock turns so smoothly, we keep checking to make sure it actually unlocked! I highly recommend Seth and A-OK!

I want you to put down a locksmith here in Springfield. I deal with him and he's excellent. He's an A. I would't go back to him if I don't trust him. Great, good with the cost. He didn't charge a lot money; he was average. He's no B! He's an A. Great quality. Immediate responsiveness. When I call him and he says he's going to be here tomorrow at nine, he's here tomorrow at 9.

The price was a little high, their website says they have payment plans which isn't the case. I would use them again if need be.

I would not recommend this locksmith. The company confirmed several times that they could provide the needed work. However, on the day the service was to be provided, the locksmith advised that he did not have the tools to perform the job even though I was clear on what I needed. As a result, I lost several days when I could have engaged another locksmith that could in fact perform the work. Not good for service provider to book appointments after confirming can do job only to show up to the appointment, after the homeowner relied on representations, to advise otherwise.

Seth came the same day I called, arrived exactly when promised. Had the door open in 5 minutes! The cylinder was old and sticky so he put a new one in for a very reasonable price. Very prompt and courteous service, would definitely recommend!

He arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Very pleasant and said if I needed anything else to contact him. He gave me four keys.

Seth removed the old cylinder and installed a new cylinder. He was on time, professional, friendly, and I thought the price was very reasonable.
