Seth was excellent to deal with. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. We wanted specific locks to match our existing ones and he got everything and installed it quickly. He made us new keys and we were happy with his work. We would definitely use him again in the future!

It was good. He was very professional and courteous. He was upfront about the cost. He was on time. He did the job efficiently.

Very responsive. Sent someone right away to give me feedback about how to handle a new house with several locks. Then, gave me time to get the items I needed and returned just hours later to complete the project. Sammy was cuteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would use AOK and Sammy for any future locksmith needs.

I set up the appointment in advance, so timing wasn't an issue. Seth looked over our front and back entry doors as well as the entry doors to our separate garage. He recommended adding a deadbolt to the front door--I already knew the lock there was inadequate. He expertly installed a new deadbolt. He said the rear entry door was adequately protected by our current lockset and didn't try to sell me anything there. He made some adjustments to the garage door lock setups to make them a bit more secure. The whole thing wrapped up in about 90 minutes including his trip to his supply house to get the deadbolt in the finish we wanted. Seth cleaned up everything. I I was very satisfied with his work. P.S. A few days later I locked myself out of the house. Even though it was the afternoon before a holiday, Seth dropped his party preparations and came over to rescue me.

Seth was extremely responsive from the start. Seth was willing to wok with us regarding scheduling and very polite. We would absolutely use him again and certainly recommend to others.

The whole experience was great. How called back right away, arrived on time for the appointment, and was done within an hour. He also cleaned and oiled one of the locks that was very old.

Seth was very prompt and courteous. Somehow our appointment time got messed up, but he accommodated me at the time I wanted to meet him anyway! He rekeyed 6 locks on our newly purchased home and even fixed a rear exit door which was giving us trouble. Price was very reasonable. I called Seth and scheduled him for the next day. He showed up on time, was friendly, did the job well, and cleaned up. He provided some insights about which types of locks to use and about replacing an old door before rekeying it, rather than adding a lock to it. No complaints at all.

Seth did not know how to rekey my front door. He recommended I obtain a special tool that he thought was required to remove the cylinder. It turns out that wasn't necessary, and someone else was able to do the rekeying for me.

Seth was fantastic! He was very prompt, trustworthy, and thorough. His prices seemed fair to me. He even offered professional advice on the various ways I could solve some issues with my doors and locks, including giving me a referral and calling his supplier for prices on other components we are considering installing. He really knows his stuff and was quite honest and friendly when responding to my million questions. Oh, and he liked my cat - always a plus. :-) I am already arranging for Seth to come back and do more work (we have a lot of locks and knobs that need help!) in a few weeks. For me, using the same person again is the best recommendation I can give!

Service was outstanding. The phone was answered (no voice mail) by the owner (who is also the provider). He asked detailed questions on the phone so he could provide an approximate estimate of cost. He also offered a visit for a free estimate. He was flexible on his timing to come to my home and and stayed in contact with me by phone. He arrive on time and was extremely professional and pleasant. Seth came prepared with the correct parts and completed the work in a very short time. He happily asked what else he could do anywhere else in the house re: other lock issues. I would recommend him 100% ! It was a very favorable experience from beginning to end. The final price was also less than the phone estimate. I was additionally happy to hear that he will do work in other areas (i.e. Morris County).

Seth turned up on time, reviewed what needed to be done, collected the locks needed and returned within the hour. The work took around an hour to complete. The work was completed promptly, and excellently. The cost ended up being right inline with the estimate Seth gave me over the phone a few days before. Appreciated Seth coming out on a weekend as he knew that during the week was difficult. Great workmanship, great service.

Seth was amazing. From the moment I called him the first time to a few emails to him showing up on time. He showed up and we showed him the things we needed changed. He changed the cylinders and our backdoor knob and bolt. The doors were a little sticky as were the locks so he cleaned it up and filed them down a little bit. They work PERFECTLY now. He did a PHENOMENAL job. He was extremely friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and can fix any lock problem. He had a complete mobile set up to create keys on hand. I would tell you to call Seth and only Seth. Don't waste your time trying someone else!

Seth was extremely easy to work with. He was incredibly accommodating with my schedule. On the day of our service he was delayed less than an hour while finishing with another customer. He called to advise me of the delay which i greatly appreciated. He replaced the knobs and deadbolt and adjusted the strike plate as necessary to ensure proper closing of our door. The final cost was the same as his estimate. We are totally satisfied with his quality work. We would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future.

Well, the gentlemen was flexible and came when it was convenient for me. The price was fair. He got there on time and didn't take him more than 10 minutes. I really enjoyed him, but let me tell you something else, I like the Concierge concept. It is personable. I love it.

I can see why Seth gets such great reviews - really a pleasure to deal with. I was thinking that I would need a whole lot more done to address the issue with the front door that is very old and will be replaced, but just not right now. We talked about several options, and he did NOT try to sell me everything under the sun which I really appreciate. He installed a new door knob and lock, cleaned up the hinges,and door alignment - lovely. Then I showed him the back door which had several DIY fixes, none of which worked and included lots and lots of wood putty. His high level of craftsmanship really showed when he was able to fix rather than replace the lock - very impressive!

My wife reached out to Seth of A-OK and he confirmed a 5pm appt. the same day. He came on short notice on time and with no electricity in the home made sure he took care of the doors where locks had to be replaced. All during this time being good-natured and working at a good pace to complete the job. Keys and locks worked fine, he pointed out the deficiencies of the existing door hardware to me. I will be calling him back as his price was fair and he knew what he was doing.

Fantastic. He is very reliable and responsive to emails and phone calls. Very professional. I was able to feel comfortable knowing he would come. From phone conversations I felt I could trust him and when he came that feeling remained. He did not try to over sell me (he could have very easily considering I don't know much about locks) and was honest in his approach. I had him essentially make all the old locks in my house use one key and upgraded 60 year old locking mechanisms to modern standards. I plan to have him back when needed. Use a pro for this type of job!
