Seth was terrific. If you need a locksmith, hire him. He was friendly, professional, quick to respond and accommodating of a few scheduling changes, conscious of budget and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He made several suggestions for improvements and even suggested priorities for those items. Only praise, no complaints.

Seth actually made it to the house early because he knew I had another place to be. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He also gave suggestions for the storm door that we couldn't rekey at the time (he identified the handle was probably custom made due to the thickness of the door and would be quite a cost for him to replace or us to try to do on our own). It was nice that he just suggested us deadbolting the door rather than trying to get more money out of us. The cost breakdown was $75 for labor, $45 for re-keying (2 doors, 1 of them had two locks), and then $8.04 in tax. I definitely recommend going with Seth for lock changes.

We have a 70 year old home with a custom Dutch front door that we absolutely love for its' safety value. The design of our home, however, really makes it impractical for us to come in the front door (since the garage is in the back) and so over time the keys were misplaced. After searching on Angie's List, we decide to call, were graciously received and an appointment was made @ a mutually agreeable time and date. Seth arrived promptly and went right to work. He was able to diagnose the problems, "tune up" the different locks on the top and bottom halves of the door and all in a prompt, professional, and thoroughly personable manner. We are so grateful and would use him again in a heartbeat. What a pleasure!

When I called to tell him, he told me to order a replacement and he would come back and install it free of charge.
