Service was provided by the owner. (I think it's a one man operation.) He was on time, extremely courteous and thoroughly professional. Very pleased with the results and I would engage this firm again. I have no idea whether or not I was charged the prevailing/competitive price and I failed to ask for breakdown of materials and labor; hence, the "N/A" rating assigned.

Seth came out and changed all the locks on our house, we were just moving in. He was very thorough. Answered all our question, gave the price upfront and patiently answered all our questions.

He changed one lock and adjusted another. I would use him again.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!! I contacted Seth Kenter on Saturday morning. He was able to come to my house that afternoon and look at the problem and resolve the situation. I would highly recommend Seth. We had recently purchased a townhome. Obviously the first thing you do is change all the keys. Seth was responsive, fast, and provided quality work. He was there within two days of our phone call and completed all the work we reuqired of him plus some.

Seth from A-OK Locksmiths was great to work with. He is able to come on fairly short notice, but would sometimes be running late. Still, his prices were very reasonable, he was nice, hardworking, and honest. He rekeyed all my doorknobs and added some new deadbolts. Afterwards, one of the locks needed to be adjusted, and he was happy to come back and adjust it, and also adjust an interior doorknob at no charge. I have used him for a few door/lock-related jobs since this one, and have always been happy. I highly recommend A-OK Locksmiths.

I gave Seth a call and the same day (rather quickly!) was on site to re-key my new home's locks. He made the process easy, was very friendly and did a great job. He also answered several questions I had about my lock with ease. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future!

Seth was great. I found him on Angie's List and it's actually the first time I used someone from Angie's List. All the positive reviews couldn't be wrong and they weren't. I spent over a week corresponding with Seth via email to describe what I needed. I wanted to install a Keypad deadbolt and to rekey the lower lock so that 1 lock would work on top and bottom. The back and forth email was to set up a good time for visit and because I couldn't decide on the dead bolt. Seth was very informative with questions that I had and worked around my schedule to be avaiable on a Saturday. He was very professional while onsite and very personable. Great customer service and what a consumer would hope for when service technicians work at your home. I highly recommend Seth for all your locksmith needs.

Seth was very prompt in getting back to me. I had a very old lock on my front door that was broken and was thinking that I would have to replace the entire lock system including door knobs. Instead of this very costly service, he suggested using some of my existing parts and only replacing a couple of old bits. Result is a wonderful new usable lock and a relatively inexpensive bill. Very happy!

Based on the reviews on Angie's List, I called A-OK Locksmiths on 2-6-13. I advised Seth that we'd recently moved in and wanted to change our locks. I inquired as to the process (i.e. does he sell the locks he installs, should I go to a hardware store and buy locks first, etc.) and Seth advised that if the locks themselves were in good shape it would be much more economical for him to come out and re-key the locks. I was so impressed with his honesty and felt reassured that I had contacted the right person. Seth came out the following day and my wife said he was polite, helpful and and did a great job. I had used A-OK Locksmiths last year and had been very impressed. Mr. Kenter had been prompt in returning my call, showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He also was very reasonable in what he charged to change our 3 door lock systems. Last week I suspected my house keys were taken late in the day by someone who also new my home address. I was very concerned as I have 2 small children and my husband was out of town. I called Mr. Kenter at 6:30 in the evening explaining my situation and fully expecting to stay up all night feeling unsafe with a phone in my hand. Mr. Kenter was extremely understanding and assured me he could be there in an hour or so and would change the locks that night. He was there by 8:00 pm and changed all my door locks. He was so courteous and he did not charge me much more than he did a year earlier despite the late hour and last minute request. I was so impressed and can say he will be our locksmith for years to come. I have used his services twice now under normal and emergency circumstances and I have been impressed both times. I highly recommend A-OK Locksmiths and specifically Mr. Kenter.

My house was broken into while I was on vacation, so I needed to get a deadbolt installed on the rear door and I was feeling some urgency about it. Seth was very professional, and happy to come over on a Saturday (next day) to do the work. He was friendly, his work was good, and he was helpful in helping us figure out exactly what work we wanted to do to accomplish our goals for making the house more secure in a usable way. I would gladly call him again if I needed lock work done.

A-OK arrived on the schedule we had agreed. The locksmith explained to me what he was doing and my options for further work. The internal mechanism of the safe appears to be rusted and could not be opened. A-OK gave me a strategy for treating the lock and tumblers and trying to resolve the rusting problem. I was satisfied A-OK did as much as they could. It wasn't worthwhile to consider the much larger expense of drilling out the lock.
