They did an excellent job. The basement floors were washed, the cabinets and storage boxes dusted, the windows washed and the walles mopped off. A lot of years of overall dust accumulation were taken care of. I would use them again. They responded very quickly to my phone call to have them look at the job and arranged in a timely fashion to come do the work. The only problem was that they canceled coming at the last minute due to a personal issue. This is understandable, even though it meant changing my schedule. This is the only reason I gave them a "B" for punctually. The day they rearrange to come, they showed up on time. I was impressed with the job done.

This was almost a full week's project that went quite smoothly with little interruption to me or the two labs. Mike and/or Dave were on site most all the time to make sure all work items were being done correctly and to my satisfaction.

They were very professional and polite and arrived right on time. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I thought they didn't do one corner, so he came back to redo it. They went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They were also very efficient, and didn't waste any time.

It went fantastic. It was an incredibly hot and humid day and they worked right thru it as if it was any other day. I could not be happier. So very professional and beyond nice. Recommend highly. On time. They did everthing they had in the contract and more. I was beyond happy with the outcome. My husband who was apprehensive in the begining was beyond happy with me hiring them to do this for him. For he could have never been able to have done this on his own and in one day. This would have taken us a week to do and I am sure it still would not have looked as nice as it does now.

David and Michael just left my home and I wanted to write this review immediately. They did a great job! They are very efficient and thorough. David and I communicated by email from the time I purchased the $299 Garage Flooring cleaning deal on Angie's list- a date was selected and he stayed in touch with me. He also made sure I understood about the extra charges for the junk removal (not part of the Angie's list deal) and gave me a realistic estimate. My garage had a lot of junk that removed. A lot!! It was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to clean out their garage. FYI- my child just saw it and said "Awesome".

It took a month for the provider to provide service. They came on site and asked for $600 additional. I have people that can do the same job for $99. They declined to perform the service and asked me to contact Angie's list to request a refund. Please refund the entire amount for services that were not performed at the earliest.

Great communication and flexible scheduling. They arrived on time (even called to say they could arrive early if we were available) and left the place spotless. I have already recommended them.

These guys totally over exceeded my expectations, beyond FABULOUS JOB. I so appreciated the true free estimate. They showed up on time, did all the jobs we agreed to in the time frame discussed (3 day job). Very professional and I would highly recommend. They allowed me to pay partially by credit card and balance by check.

All items identified were completed within the time frame estimated by Magic Garage Cleaners Essentially Two days during week one and three days during week two. All work done in neat and caring fashion since much movement of large objects was required.

Although I did not use the service, the provider was quick to provide answers and gave me some valuable insight. At this time I could not afford the service, but I hope to use them in the future.

The entire experience was great. We bought our house a year prior and the garage was never cleaned. First they emptied all the junk I had in my garage. They then washed away all of the old dirt and grime and vacuumed any waste water up, so it was a very clean operation and I was not left with a bunch of gunk running down my driveway. Once they finished power washing the garage floor they brought everything back into the garage and placed everything in an organized and intelligent manner. They were very friendly and professional, and clearly care about the customer experience as well as growing a successful business through quality service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to friends and hire them again for other jobs.

I no longer have the dirt, sand, and salt residue from the winter being brought into the house. I used to try to clean it myself every spring but it wasn't close to how clean it is now!

It went very well. They were hard working and efficient.

It took about 6 hours to fill a 20 yd dumpster. The crew arranged for the dumpster drop off the day before. The dumpster delivery happened as scheduled, and care was taken - we have a thin driveway. The crew showed up on time and cleared out all the junk carefully and professionally. I gave a B to the price mostly because the price of disposal is high - the price for the service they provided was fair. Would use again, but I hope I don't need them soon.

I have an exterior door to the cellar -- but it's a bilco door that leads to five steps. It didn't faze them a bit, even though items had to be carried up and down stairs. They helped separate out the stuff I needed to save -- versus the junk, which they piled into their van for disposal. The whole experience was very positive. The cellar hasn't been this clean, since the day I moved in. I highly recommend Magic Garage to help you clear out and clean any cluttered storage area -- they do attics, too!

The men sent to paint our home were very professional, talented, and meticulous in their work. I would recommend them for interior painting. The owners are also accommodating and professional.

Who would have thought someone could create a business of cleaning out a garage. Well, I am very grateful to David and Mike. These are two personable and professional men who do a terrific job at something we have avoided for too many years. Our house is more than 80 years old, and we have lived here for over 40 years. The garage had built-in wooden shelving all around and 40+ years of clutter. We didn't know where to begin. First, they completely emptied the garage - everything from barbells to cinder blocks - and put it all out of the way. Then they removed the wooden supports and shelving and swept and vacuumed the inside clean. They washed the inside, collecting the water so it did not run over the driveway and stuff they had emptied. When they were done, we went over what stuff we wanted to keep and they returned that to the garage. They took away everything else. There was no way we could have done all that ourselves. We will be using them again for other jobs.

I initially spoke with David on the phone to schedule the appointment that would take place at my parents' (seniors) home. Everything he promised to do, he did. He and his team were professional, a pleasure to work with, and did a great job! I would highly reccomend them and would rehire them for additional work.

Dave first came over and we discussed wanted to do in the garage, and he made some good suggestions. He came back a week later to do the work, bringing with him some new shelving units we had agreed upon. He took everything out of the garage, built the shelves, got rid of what we agreed I would throw away (some big, some small), cleaned the floor and put everything back in its place or in a new better one. He did a very good job and was very pleasant to work with..Cleaning out your garage is one of those jobs that you think you're going to get to and never do, and I'm thrilled that, even with four people's storage items in my small garage, I can get my SUV in there and even walk around it.

Dave was awesome. He responded very quickly from my initial contact. After appointment was made, he communicated and confirmed through email. He was punctual, and had a great personality. He took my very cluttered, 3 car garage from a point where we could barely walk through - to where we could park all three cars! Thank you Dave!

They cleaned it from top to bottom and removed my rubbish for me! They performed a very detailed cleaning, power washed my floors and organized the rest of the garage. I would hire them again!

They did a terrific job with my garage from the start to finish. Magic showed up on time and I highly recommend this service for people who want a very clean garage with additional services that they offer. I have a 3 car garage so i thought the price they estimated was fair considering the amount of stuff that had to be taken out and put back in the garage plus they hauled away garbage for me that i wanted removed from my garage. I would hire them again and my garage has never been cleaner.
