I would say he's good, I wouldn't say he's excellent. In my opinion it took longer than it should have taken. He was one man working by himself. I needed some items taken away. We were in the process of selling the home and we needed to get the clutter taken care of. It was an extra $100. I think it was too expensive for what he did. I probably won't use him again because I'm in Georgia now.

Went well! My garage is clean and it smells wonderful from the soap they used.

David arrived promptly and set to work immediately. He worked efficiently and was very thorough and detailed. I couldn't believe it was my basement and garage when he was through. I will definitely use Magic again and I highly recommend them.

They were professional. They emptied the contents, power washed garage and removed what I did not want. I had purchased the Deal for $299 to clean the garage. They charged $325 to remove the contents. It was all done in two hours and I am happy with the results.

Mike and team were fantastic. Professional and very patient (especially when it came to my indecision about paint choices). Mike had great ideas about colors and was very responsive to our requests. My friends and family cannot believe that they were able to complete the basement in such a short amount of time. Our basement went from disaster to showpiece in 10 days. Thank you Magic Cleaners.

My garage floor was an eyesore, containing many minor pits, like tiny gouges in the un- painted raw concrete. The walls, while finished were also unpainted. I received an ad in the mail for Magic Garage Cleaners and almost on a whim called the listed number on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise, David, one of the owners answered while out walking his dog and we discussed my situation. He said a part of the solution could be to fill in the gouges with a self-leveling cement (which would add significantly to the cost) and then refinish the floor with a medium grey epoxy sprinkled with tiny silver and black chips to achieve a really nice look, and finally a clear coat of polyurethane to seal it for a permanent finish. We arranged for him to inspect the garage. His first reaction was to note that the pitting was more widespread than he realized and in my mind I saw the price going up. But then he said that the pitting, though a serious eyesore was not a structural problem and the re-cementing was not necessary. He said after they finished with their normal coatings as described above, the pitting would not stand out and the floor would look very good. So he turned down a higher priced option and provided a solution that was in the best interests of his customer ? me. Thus began the several day refinishing project which included removing everything from my garage and wrapping it all in waterproof tarps, cleaning the garage, steam cleaning the floor, painting the walls and ceiling, and applying their epoxy and polyurethane coatings and replacing everything just right. During this process there were several times that I spoke to David and his partner Mike about possible concerns. In every case they were well ahead of me, and had already planned an approach which negated my concerns. It is hard to describe the reassurance and pleasure I felt in dealing with Magic Garage and their determination to do things really well to not only please their customers but to satisfy an internal need to know their work was the highly professional best.

The project turned out really well. The crew, including David and Mike were very professional. They arrived on time and completed all the work on time. The quality of the work was also outstanding. I would definitely use them again for similar projects.

I've had these guys backs three times for various things. I would recommend them to anyone. They are on time and leave things the way they found them. Could not be happier at this great find for my house.

The ad said they would remove all items from the garage. They did not. There were some large units but they never discussed it with me. It said they would arrange items returned to the garage.They just stacked them every which way, in some cases placing large items that I can not move in front of other items. And, after they left, I took a razor blade and removed blobs of stuff myself. I don't know what I paid but it was not worth it. They were very pleasant an really nice guys. They did help me by relocating a very large mirror at my request. I did not write before because I liked them but I just was in the garage and it looks awful.

I was dreading the process for days, and they made it a wonderful experience. They were on time, did what they had to do, and we're so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic

My garage was a complete disaster and the floor was a mess. Magic Garage Cleaners came in and power washed my garage and came up with a storage system, flooring installation etc. to make it functional and looking its best. I truly love pulling into my garage everyday now instead of cringing at how disorganized it was in the past. Michael & David were great to deal with and did everything that they promised. Very reliable and responsive. I highly recommend!!!!

Everything went as planned -- even better. A dark dirty basement space is transformed into a light, clean storage area. I had wanted to do this job for years, but couldn't find the right people to do it. I wanted a clean, bright, organized space and Magic Garage Cleaners did the job perfectly. I am very pleased.

They are one of my greatest finds on AL. One of my pipes in my garage had burst. I did have my plumber come and fix the pipe but it left a lot of debris behind, as a part of my garage ceiling had fallen. I found these guys on AL and thought will give them a try. I have a big 3 car garage and the previous owners (moved in a few months ago) had left the walls/ceiling in a hideous condition. While they were fixing the damage, I took the opportunity to have them completely paint and organize. They were reasonable in pricing when I compared with others. More than price I decided to go with them because of AL positive reviews. They took 3 days to finish the job. The end result was absolutely wonderful. After they were done I could not tell there was a damage or other patches on walls that were there before they started. While talking to them I also found out that they have a home improvement business as well. Impressed with their work, a week later I had them paint my powder room and replace toilet/sink. They have done a fabulous job. Overall, a 5 star service provider!

It was excellent. They were prompt, help, and timely. They went above and beyond what was expected. They did a good job of moving the heavy things so I could get another car into the garage.

We have a 2 car garage that was full of everything but cars. Dave and Mike worked quickly and efficiently and did a wonderful job! We're very pleased with the outcome.

Job was done to perfection. We opened all boxes that i have had packed for years , organized items and re packaged in new containers as per my instructions, & then placed new containers with labels in different areas in basement so I would know what is where. We even color coded boxes. ( I still have items from my children who are now 30 and 33) and threw out a lot of stuff that has accumulated over the last 15 years. There idea of color coding has made it so easy now when i need to go find something. Like we got red containers for dish ware i only use for holidays, another color for each boy, etc. I had so much stuff to get rid of that between their van and a large pick up truck they were able to take all the stuff for me. Now i have boxes labeled and totally organized. Then they vacuumed the entire basement. What a great job they did. Me and my husband couldn't have possibly done this without their help. Both David and Michael were on time, courteous and extremely professional. They have already done our garage, so the next job is the attic!!!!

They did a very good job. It was a different garage, they are very personable and and respectful. They took the thinks on the floor outside and cleaned everything. they vacuumed the walls and cleaned around the items on the shelves. the power washed the floor. They had me point out where I wanted everything. They put things on the shelves that could fit on them. There was very little rearranging after they left. It was worth wild to get the Big Deal. I would not have been able to have done it myself. The difference was amazing.

I purchase a "deal" to have my garage cleaned-and cleaned it was.

This was our 2nd time using Magic, and Mike & David once again were outstanding. Estimates provided by Magic were outlined in great detail and no additional costs were added at any time. At our new home, they vacuumed & power washed the garage, and painted the garage. No more cob webs on the ceilings!!! Installed 2 fastrack wall systems with baskets for all of my husband's detail soaps and spray bottles . Hooks were installed for brooms and shovels. They also built 3 custom garage work benches with drawers for all my husband's tools. Totally organized the garage to perfection. Both Mike & David were professional, on time and finished the job to 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Magic Garage to anyone who needs a clean organized garage.

David & Michael were easly to work with. They arrived on schedule and worked very efficiently. I liked that they took care removing the items from the garage, cleaning the shelves inside storage cabinets and replacing items back. The end result was a nicely cleaned garage that gave me a chance reoganize my tools so that I now have space to start on other projects.

We were very glad we chose Magic Garage Cleaners to clean out, clean up and restore the walls, windows, ceiling and floor of our basement. Though their business is mainly focused on garages, they took on the greater complexity of our project, i.e. extensive demolition, changes in wiring and plumbing, etc., with wonderful energy and efficiency. After careful consultation with us, they provided a very detailed list of the work they would do and reviewed the list with us as the work progressed. They worked steadily throughout the project and finished within the time frame we had agreed to. They communicated with us regularly throughout the work and answered any questions we had promptly. If any of the replacement fixtures they purchased was found to be faulty, they were replaced quickly. The workers who were engaged to do different aspects of the work were all courteous, friendly and respectful. Magic Garage Cleaners gave us a cost estimate before the project began and we agreed to it in writing; the final bill did not exceed the estimate. We would recommend Magic Garage Cleaners enthusiastically to anyone considering a similar project.

Arrived on time and very efficiently cleaned my VERY filthy garage. They did an excellent job, and my garage has not been this clean since I moved into my house. I am bringing them back to clean an equally dirty unfinished portion of my basement. I am so glad to have found a company to tackle these very heavy cleaning jobs.

The first appointment they had was too far out for our needs. They were prompt communicating though. No complaints.
